Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set your site language to Hebrew, or another rtl language
  2. Activate Jetpack
  3. Go to Appearance > Edit CSS
    • Line numbers appear over CSS

As per ​http://wordpress.org/support/topic/problem-with-css-editor-in-hebrew-wordpress?replies=3 the text should be left-aligned. Also, now the text goes over the line-numbers:
