Get a 1st Look at Kirstin Maldonado as Anne Boleyn in SIX: The Musical

Don't lose your head, the Pentatonix singer begins performances next week.

Pentatonix singer Kirstin Maldonado is about to return to Broadway in SIX: The Musical and sorry, not sorry, but Playbill has the first look! Watch the video below to see Maldonado get into character as Anne Boleyn for the first time, and scroll down for photos. Maldonado will begin performances at the Lena Horne Theatre June 1; she takes over for Dylan Mulvaney who takes her final bow May 31.

Maldonado will join Adrianna Hicks (as Catherine of Aragon), Abigail Barlow (Katherine Howard) Anna Uzele (Catherine Parr), Jasmine Forsberg (as Jane Seymour), and Olivia Donalson (Anna of Cleves).

Six—about the six wives of Henry VIII—celebrated its official Broadway opening October 3, 2021 at the Lena Horne Theatre. Marlow and Moss’ musical is co-directed by Moss and Jamie Armitage and features choreography by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille, scenic design by Emma Bailey, costume design by Gabriella Slade, lighting design by Tim Deiling, and sound design by Paul Gatehouse.

The score features orchestrations by Tom Curran with music supervision by Joe Beighton and U.S. music supervision by Roberta Duchak. Casting is by The TRC Company's Peter Van Dam. Theater Matters is general manager, Sam Levy is associate producer, and Lucas McMahon is U.S. executive producer.

Six won the 2022 Tony for Best Original Score (music and lyrics) and the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Musical. The West End production continues at the Vaudeville Theatre in London.
