Trusted contributors is a self-organizing group of contributors who have demonstrated benevolence by their past contributions to Wikimedia technical projects. Any member may add people who they trust and in this way the membership grows organically.

A minimal policy control group for access to certain features in Phabricator which might be prone to abuse, including the "protect as security issue" feature and personal Herald rules.
