RHo triaged T288985: Newcomer tasks: Help panel and Show inspector floating buttons on mobile cannot be tapped on iOS when scrolled to the bottom of the page as Low priority.
Assigned Low, since this appears to primarily affect iOS devices for when the user closes the inspector and scrolls all the way to the bottom of the page. There are a number of ways to overcome this - the user can tap on a link suggestion tag to reopen the inspector as well, they may also likely try to scroll up the page before trying again tap on the button.
