I checked the current production (cswiki wmf.34). Landing on the page - https://cs.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Speci%C3%A1ln%C3%AD:Domovsk%C3%A1_str%C3%A1nka&source=personaltoolslink&namespace=-1#/homepage/suggested-edits - and not selecting any topics/filters in the intro overlay will triggers duplicate (?) events for action: "se-task-impression" .
Also, is it ok to have action_data empty
