Fix CI issues (Phan, legacy Selenium)

Fix legacy browser test login_page:
Rather look for the visibility of #pt-userpage-2, which
is what vector2022 (the new default uses).

In order to fix Phan, this also reverts commit
3cb237197f805d31222d66ccc44eabff30daf676.
