Description

Add support for template parameters in WikiTextConversions

This patch adds full support[*] for all CommonsHelper2 features. See
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/CommonsHelper2/Data_en.wikipedia#Transfer
for an example. This is done in preparation for the following patches.

[*]The WikiTextConversions class accepts all features, but they can not
be used as of this patch.
