QuickStatements issues are not tracked in Phabricator. In any case, I can log in at https://tools.wmflabs.org/quickstatements/ so presumably this got fixed at some point.

This seems like a Wikibase problem (inasmuch as it is a problem). Other extensions or tools can't be expected to know that Wikibase will make an automated edit when it registers a page move.

I think we have everything here in place now and will open new tickets as needed.
