Why was/is the discourse instance not promoted more?

I think it is important to keep in mind that significant efforts are being made to unite the RDF and Property Graph communities. One aspect of this is the development of "RDF*" and "SPARQL*" (SPARQL star). BlazeGraph played and continues to play a positive role in this. All subtasks are resolved. Can this issue be closed?
