User story:

As a newcomer, I want access to the Homepage, Suggested Edits, and other Growth features, so that I can successfully get started editing on my home wiki.

Details:

Enable Growth experiments on these wikis:

guwwiki
gucwiki
kcgwiki
blkwiki
gurwiki

Acceptance criteria:

GrowthExperiments is enabled on 5 newer wikis (guw, guc, kcg, blk, gur).

In particular, the following should be available:

Homepage
Mentorship (for communities to enable via Community Configuration)
template-based Suggested Edit tasks
Community Updates (for communities to enable via Community Configuration)
Welcome Survey
Impact Module
Add a Link

This does not include Add an Image or (Section-level image) tasks being available
