⬆️ Update MW 143 code to 1.43.5

Description

Given we just had a security / patch release for core and extensions and we're in the middle of poking MW we would be unwise to not also just pull in these few additional patches now.

Steps:

  • generate new tarballs for Wikibase and VisualEditor
  • run wikiman
  • restore any still required patchUrls
  • run sync.sh
