• Open a page history for an article

What happens?:

The load gives a distracting appearance of one-by-one loading of the citation watchlist component (right after the bullet, shifting remaining text to the right) which looks like slow loading of the page, and is distracting. This is a new behavior.

What should have happened instead?:
The page should load like Watchlist, fully spaced out already and fills in the space for the citation watchlist component after the page appears to be loaded.
