Description

Entering text in the "other" field of "Set intended use" page, and hitting enter, returns in a page reload and data not being save, leading to me having to type out the "other" field again

Hitting enter in the "other" field of the second dialogue also leads to this issue.

I believe it also leads to an interetsing artifact in the URL., such as https://www.wikibase.cloud/wikis/manage/146?radio-139=other

Can confirm I also see this issue; probably due to the form being submitted and us not trapping that. I can confirm this issue also exists on the create wiki flow.

Patch up for a fix is already there from @Andrew-WMDE https://github.com/wbstack/ui/pull/984
