Learn how often we see very long Wikibase item labels on Watchlist

Description

After T388685, very long labels may appear on the Watchlist. These would be a result of very long titles, for example, of scientific journals. We need to see how often this issue occurs and learn if it causes any inconvenience to the user.

  • Decide if this creates any inconvenience in UX
  • If so DB for recent changes needs to be checked to see the occurrence percentage to help us determine how impactful Engineering interventions would be

There is a global max title length for pages across mediawiki of 255 characters (so Cneoridium dumosum (Nuttall) Hooker F. Collected March 26, 1960, at an Elevation of about 1450 Meters on Cerro Quemazón, 15 Miles South of Bahía de Los Angeles, Baja California, México, Apparently for a Southeastward Range Extension of Some 140 Miles is 250)

Assuming both QIDs and PIDs are maxed out on their titles, our 'worst case' changelog would look like this example.

We will not calculate how often this occurs but instead come up with a UX plan for these cases
