@Neslihan_Turan_WMDE I wasn't able to find a developer account with that cn, dn or email. My guess is you sent your SUL (wiki) account, not your developer account (LDAP), which are separate. The developer account is the one you use for Wikimedia Gerrit/gitlab. Could you share the common name, domain name or email for your developer account, if you have created already a developer account, or otherwise create one: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Developer_account

Hi, yesterday a problem about my Wikitech account has been fixed. I think now we should be able to proceed. My WMDE email adress is neslihan.turan@wikimedia.de and my IDM username is "Neslihan Turan - WMDE". I hope these helps.

I believe you could be confusing your Wikimedia SUL "wiki" account (Neslihan Turan - WMDE) with your developer account (neslihanturan), which are separate (although linked). Adding both to your phabricator profile, as I suggested here: T384017#10480082 will prevent further confusion. Thank you.

I am sorry to hear you had problems with Wikitech, apparently the migration to SUL ran into non-trivial issues.
