Current Situation:

Currently our pipeline requires building/releasing all WBS Images at once. We want to be able to develop and change our images independently of each other without rebuilding or overwriting existing builds with the same build again for images not changed.

Acceptance Criteria:

We can easily make changes, commit, test, version, and publish our Images independently of each other.
