For last 4 years, ruwiki's block log consists of QBA-bot proxy blocks for 99.9%, see https://ru.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&format=xml&list=logevents&leprop=title%7Cuser%7Ctimestamp%7Ccomment&leaction=block%2Fblock&lelimit=max . I assume every big wiki is in the similar situation. It makes very hard to find anything in this log even using bot (for example, blocks with certain rationale). I propose to create a separate log for bot actions (action = botblocks) or create a flag (logical field) on every log record, that will be "true" for bot actions and "false" for human actions, and create a filter in website interface to show only human actions.
