Current tool's readme doesn't tell anything about the tool itself. Study what the tool can do for you and write a basic readme. You should include at least:
- How to run local dev environment
- Where is the prod tool version
- How can localizators translate it
- Anything else you'd consider important
Student is expected to upload a patch against labs/tools/watch-translations repository at Wikimedia Gerrit. Student should claim Phabricator task while claiming task at the GCI site.
