The message cirrussearch-explore-similar-languages-none currently says "Not available in local languages".

The qqq message documentation says: "Text shown when there are no languages in the Explore Similar search results."

I'm not sure that I understand it. What does "local languages" refer to? Why does the qqq says just "languages"?

Is it a "local language" opposed to what? To the content language of the wiki on which this message appears?

Can it be changed to "other languages" in both the message and the qqq documentation? If not, can the qqq documentation be changed to explain what does "local" refer to? (For qqq, feel free to bypass Gerrit and change it in translatewiki.net; you'll need an account there if you haven't created one already.)

I see that this was already discussed at https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/356169/ . Other links from the description of that change don't call it "local", but "suggested", which is better than "local", because geolocation is not the only way to find suggested languages, but "other" is better yet, because it's more neutral.

I'm allowing myself to mark it as "high priority" because this feature appears to be at a stage of active development and deployment, and it should be very easy to fix once there is agreement about the right wording. I'm also adding @Pginer-WMF, who is experienced with designing comparable things for UniversalLanguageSelector.
