Former Genoa chef David Anderson has landed at Bluehour. As first reported on Twitter by Eat Beat’s Allison Jones (and confirmed by a restaurant rep), Anderson has stepped in as sous chef of the in-transition Pearl District spot, now under the guidance of chef Dolan Lane. In early January, both Anderson and former Bluehour chef Thomas Boyce were part of major staff shake-ups at their respective restaurants. [EaterWire]
