NW 23rd’s gourmet peanut-butter-and-jelly cart PBJ’s Grilled has plans to expand: Per a Facebook announcement, owners Keena Tallman and Shane Chapman will open a second PBJ’s cart at SE Hawthorne’s popular Cartopia pod. According to Facebook, a Kickstarter page is in the works, and the duo still plan to follow “our dream of opening our sandwich shop!” in the near future. More as it becomes available. [EaterWire]
