A familiar face has returned to PDX: The Oregonian reports that Jake Martin (formerly of Fenouil and Carlyle) has joined the Genoa kitchen as David Anderson’s chef de cuisine. Martin left his most recent Portland position, at Old Town’s Central, in January of this year for a move to Seattle (and to a restaurant under the Ethan Stowell empire). More as it becomes available.
