Portland’s honorary native son Gus Van Sant (for pop culture ignorami, he’s the director behind Oscar Award-winning Milk, Good Will Hunting, and the PDX-shot Mala Noche) lends his star power to Impact NW’s Rock and Roll Supper Club, a quarterly event meant to provide job training for local underserved youth. This fall’s event sets the stage at Belmont’s Genoa restaurant this Wednesday, with a five-course meal prepped by David Anderson, hosting duties filled by VooDoo Doughnut’s Tres Shannon, and face time with the director himself. Tickets are still available by clicking here.
