Pascal Chureau has left his position at Fenouil. Although he is still listed at Executive Chef/Propietor on Fenouil’s Facebook page here word is that he stepped away from the position last week. Although it was not confirmed, it is rumored that Pascal is in the works to create an new dining experience in downtown Portland.
