Background of the Present Invention
Field of Invention [0002] The invention relates to a drug preservation container, in particular to a drug preservation container which can avoid the mutual interaction between drugs, lead to the failure to produce the expected efficacy, or even unexpected side effects, and also to a drug preservation container which can easily be used and avoid contaminating other drugs after the deliquescence of a deliquescent drug. Description of Related Arts
[0003] With the development of medical technology and the modem people's daily life of eating more and exercising less, the prevalence of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, affection of knee joint is increasing. In order to control the disease, in addition to the changes in daily life, long-term and regular medication is very important. [0004] However, there are various kinds of drugs, which can be divided into many categories according to the different factors such as indications, drug strength and medication frequency. Among them, precautions for the storage environment and
expiration date of the drug often cause confusion among drug users, resulting in erroneous medication. Therefore, in some local clinics, the practitioners will pack the patients' drugs together according to the time of taking the drug. The patients only need to take the drug on time according to the drug orders. However, not all hospitals and clinics provide this service, and different drugs have different ways of taking, such as before meals, after meals, not chewing, after chewing, etc., so different drugs may not be packaged together.
[0005] Therefore, manufacturers in the field of medical equipment have proposed drug preservation containers. The drug users only need to classify the drugs to be taken into the drug preservation containers according to the doctor's advice. In this way, the drug users can greatly avoid the risk of not taking the drugs according to the doctor's advice due to forgetfulness, busy and other reasons. For example, Chinese utility model patent CN2236311Y discloses a drug preservation container, which includes an outer packaging container and an inner container. By using this drug preservation container, the drug to be taken can be divided into the drug storage chamber in advance, and the patient can be conveniently reminded to take the drug on time and in volume.
[0006] However, there are some defects in the use of the above-mentioned drug preservation container. For example, if the cover body is fixed on the drug storage chamber by the way of single side snap-fit, it is easy to have the problem of bending deformation and causing a gap, which causes the drug to be affected with damp. Moreover, in the case of poor assembly accuracy or deformation, there is a problem that looseness cannot be buckled, or is too tight to open. Furthermore, for the elderly, there will be problems such as excessive vibration when opening, which will lead to drug dropping, and there will be problems such as opening the wrong drug storage chamber and erroneous medication. Therefore, the drug preservation container has considerable improvement space.
[0007] The conventional drug preservation container is used to store plural drugs taken in one time together, or to store the drugs taken in several times together according to their types. However, the above drug preservation container cannot avoid the mutual interaction between drugs and the diffusion of drug contamination, and is inconvenient for use. Therefore, the drug preservation container has considerable improvement space.
Summary of the Present Invention
[0008] The main purpose of the invention is to solve the problems that the conventional techniques of drug preservation container cannot effectively prevent mutual interaction between drugs, diffusion of drug contamination, drug damp, difficult to open and erroneous medication.
[0009] In order to achieve the above purpose, the drug preservation container provided by the invention comprises at least one main body, wherein each of the at least one main body is configured to separately store plural drugs administered once therein according to individual or single species drugs, each of the at least one main body has an opening and plural chambers generated by at least one partition wall.
[0010] Each of the at least one main body has another implementation mode, in addition to having the opening and the plural chambers generated by the at least one partition wall, there is also a first upper binding part and a first lower binding part, the first upper binding part and the first lower binding part are matched in a male and female way, so that plural main bodies are combined and fixed together.
[0011] The at least one main body is provided with a cover body on one of at least one opening thereof, and the cover body has a second lower binding part matched with the first upper binding part of each of the at least one main body in a male and female way, so that the at least one main body and the cover body are combined and fixed together.
[0012] Further, the at least one main body is provided with at least one cover body on at least one opening thereof. Each of the at least one cover body has another implementation mode, in addition to having the second lower binding part, there is also a second upper binding part matched with the first lower binding part of each of the at least one main body in a male and female way, so that the at least one main body and the at least one cover body are combined and fixed together.
[0013] According to the above, the drug preservation container provided by the invention has the function of avoiding the mutual interaction between drugs and the diffusion of drug contamination. Further, the binding part structure which is not easily deformed by bending can prevent the occurrence of a gap, so that the drug can be prevented from getting damp and easy to open. Moreover, the plural main bodies can be stacked together, and the drug users can take the drug sequentially according to the order of stacking, without the problem of erroneous medication.
