Description

Multifunctional compound support device with bidirectional handle structure

The present invention relates to a multifunctional composite support device having a bidirectional handle structure.

Recently, robot-related technology has been widely applied. In particular, various types of walking aids are widely used for people who have difficulty walking due to muscle strength decrease due to disability or aging.

The walking assistance device includes a riding device that is electrically driven after the user boards, and a wearable robot that the user wears and performs rehabilitation training such as walking. The walking assistance device may be a supportable device that can move while being held or supported while walking by wearing or not wearing a wearable robot.

An example of the aforementioned riding device is disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1517292 (Registration Date 2015.04.27). The above-mentioned prior patent discloses a walking aid robot equipped with a riding chair.

1 is a perspective view of a walking aid robot equipped with a conventional riding chair. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a boarding chair of a walking aid robot provided with a conventional boarding chair (FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 is a diagram used only to explain the configuration of FIGS. 1 and 2).

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the conventional walking assistance robot includes a front wheel 110 and a rear wheel 120 under the frame 100. The walking aid robot further includes a handle 200 that can be grabbed by the user. The walking aid robot is provided with a chair 800 on which the user boards and a support 810 for supporting the chair 800 on the rear side of the handle. Chair 800 is installed detachably.

When the user boards and uses, the chair 800 is attached and used as shown in FIG. 1.

When the user is used for walking, after separating the chair 800 as shown in FIG. 2, the user walks by holding the handle 200 and supporting the walking aid robot.

The above-described walking aid robot is a structure that is always exposed because the handle 200 is fixed. Therefore, when the chair is attached and detached, the handle 200 is protruded, thereby preventing the chair from being attached or detached. Since the handle 200 is always protruding, there is a risk of being caught or hit by the handle 200 when the user boards.

In addition, since the protruding handle 200 is thinner than the frame of the other part, the handle 200 may be damaged by collision or interference with the surroundings when the walking aid robot is stored.

The wheelchair described above is provided with a handle ('b' shaped frame of FIG. 3) that the user can grab when walking the user. However, the wheelchair described above has a very thin handle and cannot support enough weight. Therefore, since the supporting force is insufficient when the user walks, the above-described wheelchair has a structural problem of inferior stability from the user's point of view.

In addition, the above-described wheelchair in the state in which the user is boarded is provided with a handle ('-' shaped frame of Figure 3) that the guardian can hold. However, the above-described guardian handle can be used only in the opposite direction of the walking assistance unit 140.

When the wheelchair suddenly stops or needs to change direction, the above-described guardian handle is a type that can control the wheelchair only when the assistant approaches a specific direction. Therefore, it is not easy for the guardian to control the wheelchair in a sudden situation, and there is a problem in that accessibility to the handle is inferior.

The lower supporting unit 100, the driving unit 300, and the chair unit 400 are elements constituting the lower part of the multifunctional compound support device B, and thus, are defined as a lower assembly (not numbered).

The lower supporting unit 100 supports the weight of the upper supporting unit 200, the muscle strength assisting device A, and the user under the upper supporting unit 200. The upper support unit 200 is a portion in which the muscle strength assistance device A is mounted or supported by the user. The driving unit 300 is provided between the lower supporting unit 100 and the upper supporting unit 200. The driving unit 300 raises and lowers the upper supporting unit 200. The chair unit 400 is rotatably coupled to the driving unit 300. When using the chair function, the chair unit 400 supports the weights of the user and the muscle strength assist device (A).

Hereinafter, the lower supporting unit 100 will be described.

The lower supporting unit 100 is a portion supporting the overall weight of the multifunctional compound supporting device B at the lower side of the upper supporting unit 200. The lower supporting unit 100 includes a 'U'-shaped base frame 110 and a subframe 130 disposed to face the base frame 110. The lower supporting unit 100 further includes a plurality of wheels 114 rotatably coupled to the base frame 110 and the subframe 130, and a lower housing 150 for protecting and supporting the driving unit 300. It may include.

The base frame 110 has a shape in which the opening width increases as the distance from the lower supporting unit 100 increases. In more detail, the base frame 110 is a frame bent in a 'U' shape toward the rear. The base frame 110 is coupled with the lower housing 150. The lower housing 150 may be coupled to the center portion of the curved portion of the base frame 110.

The user or muscle aid A may be located between both ends of the base frame 110. When the muscular strength assisting device (A) is mounted, the muscular strength assisting device (A) is located between both ends of the base frame (110). In the stationary state of the muscle power assist device (A), the assistant can push and move the multifunctional compound support device (B). When the user walks, the user is positioned between both ends of the base frame 110. The base frame 110 protects the muscle assist device A or the user from direct collision with the surrounding structure.

On the other hand, the multi-functional compound support device (B) can be used when storing through the muscle strength assist device (A). To this end, the width W1 and the length L1 of the base frame 110 are designed to have a width and a length that do not interfere with the muscle assisting device A mounted on the upper supporting unit 200 (where the width of the base frame is W1 is the distance between both ends The length L1 of the base frame is the distance between the lower housing and the center of the base wheel). In addition, the length L1 of the base frame 110 may be made to a size that does not interfere with the walking of the user. When the multifunctional compound support device B is used as a chair function, the width W1 of the base frame 110 may be designed in consideration of the size in which the user can sit in the chair and spread his legs comfortably.

For example, the width W1 of the base frame 110 may be made of 750 mm. The length L1 of the base frame 110 may be made larger than the width W1 of the base frame 110.

On the other hand, the base frame 110 is coupled to the base wheel 114 at both ends, the base wheel 114 is coupled to the base frame 110 by the wheel bracket 112.

The sub frame 130 is opened in the opposite direction to the base frame 110. In addition, the width of the sub-frame 130 becomes larger toward the end. That is, the subframe 130 is bent in a 'U' shape. The sub frame 130 is coupled with the lower housing 150. The lower housing 150 is installed at the bent center portion of the subframe 130.

The subframe 130 is a balance portion at the bottom of the multifunctional compound support device B. In addition, the sub-frame 130 holds the center of gravity of the multi-function composite support device (B) when passing through the muscle strength assistance device (A). Since the sub frame 130 is disposed to face the base frame 110, the sub frame 130 also distributes the load when the muscle assist device A is mounted. The sub wheel 130 is rotatably coupled to the sub wheels 132 at both ends thereof.

The sub wheels 132 are rotatably coupled to the outside of both ends of the sub frame 130, respectively. The wheel 132 of the subframe 130 may be rotatably coupled to the subframe 130 by a hinge structure without a separate bracket.

The multifunctional compound support device B may support the user or assistant in both directions (D1 and D2 directions with reference to FIG. 8) as needed. If necessary, the assistant can push the multifunctional composite support device B toward the rear.

Therefore, the sub-wheel 132 may be coupled to both ends of the sub-frame 130 in order not to interfere with the walking of the assistant. The width W3 of the subframe 130 (see FIG. 10) is smaller than the width W1 of the base frame 110. Therefore, when the sub wheel 132 is coupled to the outside of the sub frame 130, the pedestrian is not disturbed by walking.

In addition, the wheel 132 of the sub-frame 130 may have a larger size than the wheel 114 of the base frame 110. Since the subframe 130 is smaller than the base frame 110, the subframe 130 needs a structure that effectively supports the load of the user or the muscle assisting robot A. FIG. Therefore, to effectively support the load, the wheel 132 of the sub-frame 130 is formed larger than the wheel 114 of the base frame 110.

The base frame 110 and the sub frame 130 described above are coupled to the lower housing 150.

The lower housing 150 supports the base frame 110 and the sub frame 130. The lower housing 150 is also coupled with a support structure for supporting the chair unit 400. The lower housing 150 may accommodate some components of the driving unit 300 therein. In addition, the lower housing 150 may accommodate a balance weight (not shown) for grasping the center of gravity of the multifunctional compound support device B therein.

The lower housing 150 may form an approximately cylindrical appearance. However, the shape of the lower housing 150 is not limited to the cylindrical shape. The lower housing 150 is coupled to the upper supporting unit 200 via the driving unit 300.

Next, the upper supporting unit 200 will be described.

The upper supporting unit 200 is a portion where the muscle strength assistance device A is substantially mounted. The upper supporting unit 200 includes a plurality of mounting structures for supporting the muscle strength assistance device A in various directions.

In addition, the upper supporting unit 200 may include a handle for a user or an assistant.

In more detail, the upper supporting unit 200 may include a main supporting frame 210 forming an appearance, a first handle 230 and a second handle 250 coupled to the main supporting frame 210. have.

First, the main supporting frame 210 includes an outer wall surface 211, an inner wall surface 212 facing the outer wall surface 211, and a side surface 213 connecting the outer wall surface 211 and the inner wall surface 212. The main supporting frame 210 may further include an upper surface 214 and a lower surface 215 connected to upper and lower sides of the inner wall surface 212 and the outer wall surface 211.

The outer wall surface 211, the inner wall surface 212, the side surface 213, and the upper surface 214 are connected together to form a main supporting frame 210. In the combined state, the first handle 230 and the second handle 250 are provided at the rear and front of the main supporting frame 210, respectively.

The outer wall 211 is a surface facing forward when the user walks inside the base frame 110. The outer wall surface 211 has a streamlined curvature as a whole corresponding to the shape of the inner wall surface 212. That is, when viewed from above, the outer wall surface 211 is approximately 'U' shaped, and the convexly protruding portion of the outer wall surface 211 faces forward.

When the width of the up-down direction is defined as the width with reference to FIG. 8, the width of the outer wall surface 211 protrudes bilaterally is larger than the width of other portions. In addition, the outer wall surface 211 has a form in which the width thereof decreases from the center portion of the convexly protruding portion toward both ends.

The outer wall surface 211 and the inner wall surface 212 have a streamlined shape to cope with the user's body bending when the user uses the multifunctional composite support device (B) as a chair.

The inner wall 212 is a surface facing the outer wall 211 and faces rearward. As viewed from above, the inner wall surface 212 is approximately 'U' shaped. The inner wall surface 212 has a convexly protruding portion facing forward. The inner wall surface 212 has a form in which the width thereof decreases from the central portion of the convexly protruding portion to both ends.

In the mounting and storage of the muscle strength assistance device (A), the inner wall surface 212 is a portion in direct contact with the muscle strength assistance device (A). The inner wall surface 212 may be attached to the shock absorbing material to some or all. Therefore, even if the strength assist device A strikes the multifunctional compound support device B, the impact transmitted to the strength assist device A can be reduced.

The side surface 213 is a surface connecting the outer wall surface 211 and the inner wall surface 212. Viewed from above, side 213 is approximately 'U' shaped. The outer wall surface 211 and the inner wall surface 212 is in the form of narrowing the width from the center to both ends. Accordingly, the side surface 213 is connected in a downwardly inclined form from the upper surface 214 to both ends of the main supporting frame 210. The side surface 213 is inclined toward both ends of the main supporting frame 210 is reduced. Close to both ends of the main supporting frame 210, the side surface 213 has its end facing upward of the multifunctional composite support device B.

When the muscle strength assist device A is mounted, the end portion of the side 213 facing upward is in contact with the lower portion of the sub control unit 3. Hereinafter, the area where the muscle strength assist device A is in contact is defined as the contact groove 213a.

The contact groove 213a may have a streamlined concave shape corresponding to the shape of the sub control unit 3. The contact groove 213a supports a portion of the muscle strength assist device A from the lower side.

Although not shown in the drawings, a shock absorbing material may be attached to the contact groove 213a to protect the muscle strength assist device A.

When mounted on the muscle strength assist device A, the upper surface 214 is the surface on which the main control unit 2 is in contact and supported. Thus, for the protection of muscle strength assist device (A), the shock absorbing material may be attached to some or all of the upper surface (214).

The top surface 214 may also include guide ribs 214a. The guide rib 214a prevents the main control unit 2 from being separated from the upper surface 214. The guide rib 214a may protrude upward from a side of the upper surface 214 to a predetermined height.

In a state where the outer wall surface 211, the inner wall surface 212, the side surface 213, and the upper surface 214 are coupled, the lower surface 215 is coupled to the lower portion of the outer wall surface 211 and the inner wall surface 212.

The inner plate surface of the lower surface 215 is provided with a handle insertion groove 215a for receiving the first handle 230. The handle insertion groove 215a has a shape corresponding to the shape of the first handle 230. Since the first handle 230 is a pipe, the handle insertion groove 215a may also have a partial cylindrical shape corresponding to the shape of the cylindrical first handle 230. Since the first handle 230 is provided in a pair, the handle insertion grooves 215a are also formed at both sides of the inner plate surface of the lower surface portion 215, respectively.

The outer wall surface 211, the inner wall surface 212, the side surface 213, the upper surface 214, and the lower surface 215 are coupled to each other to form a main supporting frame 210.

The first handle 230 and the second handle 250 are coupled between the lower surface 215 and the side surface 213. The main supporting frame 210 may further include a handle bracket 217 for closing the coupling site.

The handle bracket 217 has a hollow plate shape, and is coupled to the side surface 213 and the lower surface 215 in an assembled state. The handle bracket 217 may have a streamlined plate shape instead of a flat plate shape according to the shape of the main supporting frame 210. The first handle part 230 is inserted through the hollow of the handle bracket 217. Therefore, the plate surface of the handle bracket 217 is disposed in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the first handle portion 230.

The first handle 230 must be mounted through the main supporting frame 210. Accordingly, both ends of the 'U'-shaped main support frame 210 may have a height and a width enough to allow the first handle 230 to pass therethrough.

In addition, the main supporting frame 210 includes a leg supporter 216 on which the leg unit 6 is supported.

The leg supporter 216 is recessed forward from both ends of the 'U'-shaped main support frame 210. The leg supporter 216 is formed in an approximately 'U' shape. The upper leg frame 6a of the muscle strength assist device A is inserted into the leg supporter 216. The leg supporter 216 supports the muscle strength assisting device A in a state where a part of the muscle strength assisting device A is inserted.

The upper supporting unit 200 has two handles as described above.

The first handle 230 is coupled to the main supporting frame 210 to be retractable and withdrawable. Therefore, the first handle 230 is mounted through the main supporting frame 210. To this end, both ends of the 'U'-shaped main support frame 210 may have a height and a width such that the first handle 230 can pass therethrough.

As shown in FIGS. 8 to 11, the first handle 230 is disposed rearward from both ends of the 'U'-shaped portions of the main supporting frame 210. The first handle 230 may be changed into a use (draw) or storage (retract) state by a user or assistant's manipulation.

The first handle 230 may include a handle accommodating member 232 inserted into both ends of the main supporting frame 210, and a handle member 234 removably coupled to the handle accommodating member 232.

The handle accommodating member 232 and the handle member 234 have a pipe shape. The handle member 234 is inserted into the handle receiving member 232. One end of the handle member 234 may be supported by an elastic body such as a spring, and the other end thereof may face the outside of the handle accommodating member 232.

In this case, when the user presses the end of the handle member 234, the handle member 234 may protrude out of the handle receiving member 232 by the restoring force of the spring. The handle member 234 may be fixed by the fixing means to maintain a protruding state. In this state, the user can support the body by holding the handle member 234. The handle of this structure protrudes and uses the handle member 234 only when necessary.

Hereinafter, the first handle 230 will be described in more detail.

The handle receiving member 232 has a hollow pipe shape. The handle accommodating member 232 is accommodated at one end of the handle member 234, and the other end is coupled to the second handle portion 250. The handle accommodating member 232 functions to support the handle member 234 or to accommodate the handle member 234. Accordingly, the handle accommodating member 232 has a length such that the handle member 234 does not protrude to the outside in a state in which the handle member 234 is accommodated.

In the state where the handle member 234 is accommodated, the handle member 234 should not move toward the second handle portion 250. Accordingly, the handle accommodating member 232 may have a structure in which one end and the other end are blocked without being communicated.

Since the handle member 234 is accommodated in the handle accommodation member 232, the inner diameter of the handle accommodation member 232 corresponds to the outer diameter of the handle member 234. However, the handle accommodating member 232 may have an inner diameter of the other end corresponding to the outer diameter of the coupling portion of the second handle portion 250. For convenience of manufacture, the second handle part 250 may be formed such that the outer diameter of the coupling portion corresponds to the outer diameter of the handle member 234.

Although not shown in the drawings, the other end of the handle receiving member 232 may be formed with a screw groove on the inner peripheral surface. The coupling portion of the second handle part 250 may have a structure in which a corresponding thread is provided. In this case, the coupling between the handle accommodating member 232 and the second handle part 250 may be firm.

In addition, the handle accommodating member 232 includes a first slot 232a and a second slot 232b for protruding the handle member 234.

The first slot 232a is formed to penetrate in the longitudinal direction on the outer circumferential surface of the handle accommodating member 232. The first slot 232a is a slot having a shorter length than the handle accommodating member 232. The first slot 232a is formed through the width corresponding to the diameter of the fixing protrusion 234b of the handle member 234 to be described later. In addition, the first slot 232a is formed in a direction in which the fixing protrusion 234b may be inserted. The first slot 232a is in communication with the second slot 232b.

The second slot 232b communicates with one end of the first slot 232a. The second slot 232b is formed through the outer circumferential surface of the handle accommodating member 232 in a direction perpendicular to the first slot 232a. The second slot 232b is formed adjacent to the end portion of the handle member 234. The width of the second slot 232b is also penetrated to a width corresponding to the diameter of the fixing protrusion 234b.

In addition, the length of the second slot 232b may be formed somewhat larger than the length corresponding to the diameter of the fixing protrusion 234b. The second slot 232b prevents the fixing protrusion 234b from flowing in the longitudinal direction of the handle accommodating member 232. Therefore, the width of the second slot 232b is sufficient to allow the fixing protrusion 234b to be inserted. The length of the second slot 232b may have a length such that the fixing protrusion 234b does not escape even when the fixing protrusion 234b flows in the inserted state.

When the handle member 234 is used, the fixing protrusion 234b of the handle member 234 moves along the first slot 232a and the second slot 232b.

핸들부재(234)는 사용자가 누를 수 있도록 단부의 일부만 핸들 수납부재(232)의 외부로 돌출될 수 있다(도 12 및 도 13 참조).The handle member 234 is inserted into one end of the handle receiving member 232 and inserted into the handle receiving member 232. One end of the handle member 234 may be supported by the elastic member 240, and the other end thereof may face the handle receiving member 232. The handle member 234 may protrude to the outside of the handle receiving member 232 so that the user can press only a portion of the end (see FIGS. 12 and 13).

The handle member 234 is formed with a recessed groove 234a in the longitudinal direction on one side of the outer circumferential surface thereof. The elastic member 240 is accommodated in the accommodation groove 234a. The handle member 234 includes a fixing protrusion 234b protruding in the direction opposite to the receiving groove 234a on the other side of the outer circumferential surface.

The receiving groove 234a may be closed at one end in the longitudinal direction and open at the other end. The elastic member 240 is inserted along the longitudinal direction of the accommodation groove 234a. When the handle member 234 is received, one end of the receiving groove 234a serves to press the one end of the elastic member 240.

The fixing protrusion 234b protrudes from the outer circumferential surface of the receiving groove 234a and is formed adjacent to the end portion of the second handle part 250. In the stored state of the non-use state of the handle member 234, the fixing protrusion 234b may be positioned adjacent to one end of the first slot 232a. When the handle member 234 is pulled out, the fixing protrusion 234b moves along the first slot 232a toward the second slot 232b (see FIG. 12). When the withdrawal of the handle member 234 is completed as shown in FIG. 13, the user may rotate the handle member 234 in the direction of the second slot 232b. At this time, as shown in FIG. 14, the fixing protrusion 234b is moved to the second slot 232b.

The elastic member 240 may be a spring. The elastic member 240 is compressed in a state where the handle member 234 is accommodated. The elastic member 240 restores when the fixed state of the handle member 234 is released and pushes the handle member 234. That is, the elastic member 240 is accommodated in the receiving groove 234a in a compressed state in the storage state of the handle member 234.

In the above-described embodiment, the handle member 234 may be drawn out of the handle receiving member 232 by the restoring force of the spring when the user presses the end. The user may pull out the handle member 234 and rotate the same to place the fixing protrusion 234b in the second slot 232b. If there is no external force, the fixing protrusion 234b is maintained while being inserted into the second slot 232b. Therefore, the handle member 234 remains in the drawn state until the user rotates the handle member 234 again in the opposite direction.

In this state, the user may support the body by holding the handle member 234. The handle of such a structure is used to pull out the handle member 234 only when it is necessary to use.

The structure in which the handle member 234 is not drawn out while being inserted into the handle accommodating member 232 and kept in the stored state may employ a conventional structure. For example, the storage fixing structure of the handle member 234 can be applied by borrowing the structure of Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2004-0089036 or Korean Utility Registration No. 20-0428127. Will not be described here.)

In another embodiment, the handle may have a form in which the handle is gradually protruded out of the handle accommodating part by hydraulic pressure or the like when the switch is pressed. Alternatively, the handle may continue to protrude, and when the handle is not needed, the handle may be pushed and fixed by a separate handle cover to be stored in the handle storage unit. If the structure can be selectively taken out and used as needed, the handle is not limited to the detailed structure.

As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the second handle 250 is a streamlined pipe shape. Both ends of the second handle 250 are coupled to both ends of the main supporting frame 210 or the handle receiving member 232, respectively. In addition, the second handle 250 is disposed in a direction opposite to the first handle 230. The second handle 250 protrudes in a streamlined direction toward the front of the main supporting frame 210. The second handle 250 is a portion that the assistant takes when transferring the muscle strength assistance device A. FIG.

Hereinafter, the second handle 250 will be described in detail.

The second handle 250 has a streamlined pipe shape. Both ends of the second handle 250 are coupled to the handle receiving member 232, respectively. Handle coupling parts 252 are provided at both ends of the second handle part 250, respectively. The handle coupling part 252 is inserted into the handle receiving member 232.

This shape of the second handle portion 250 has a function of improving the uniformity of appearance in terms of design of the multifunctional compound support device (B) in addition to the functional aspects.

The handle coupling part 252 is coupled to an end of the handle receiving member 232, and is coupled to an end opposite to the handle member 234. The handle coupling part 252 should not be detached from the state coupled to the handle receiving member 232. Accordingly, the handle coupling part 252 has an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the handle accommodation member 232. The handle coupling part 252 may be pressed into the handle receiving member 232 to maintain the engaged state.

Alternatively, as described above, the handle coupling part 252 and the handle accommodating member 232 may be coupled in a structure of a screw thread and a screw groove.

In addition, the second handle 250 may be inclined toward the upper side of the upper supporting unit 200 toward both ends from the end thereof. This is a structure for preventing the 2nd handle part 250 and the 1st handle part 230 from interfering when several several multifunctional compound support apparatus 10 is piled up and stored. The second handle 250 is a portion that the assistant grabs during the transfer of the muscle strength assistance device 1.

In the present invention, the term 'wireline' is meant to include all types of curves, not straight lines, and includes both semicircles and semi-ellipses. That is, the term 'wired' in the present invention is meant to include all forms having a predetermined curvature.

As described above, the second handle 250 has a form in which both ends are coupled to the handle receiving member 232 installed at both sides of the main supporting frame 210 and protrude convexly toward the front. Accordingly, the second handle 250 may have a form that entirely surrounds the other side through the front of one side of the main supporting frame 210. Since the shape of the main supporting frame 210 protrudes convexly toward the front of the multifunctional compound support device B, the shape of the second handle part 250 may also have a shape corresponding thereto. The second handle 250 may be shaped to have a curvature corresponding to the front curvature of the main supporting frame 210 (the direction D1 based on FIG. 8).

Alternatively, the second handle part 250 may have a curvature larger than that of the main supporting frame 210.

The second handle 250 has a streamlined shape to allow the assistant to access the second handle 250 at any angle. If the second handle 250 is streamlined, the assistant can hold the second handle 250 at any angle. In addition, even if the assistant grasps and pushes any part of the second handle 250, the multifunctional composite support device B can be moved by moving in a desired direction. If the second handle 250 is the same shape as the first handle 230, the assistant must push the second handle 250 in front of the multifunction composite support device B so that the multifunction composite support device B can be pushed. .

The user lacks lower body strength and can fall while walking. Or an unexpected situation may arise in which the assistant must stop or reorient the multifunctional composite support device B. Therefore, the assistant must be able to grasp the second handle 250 urgently.

Since it is not easy for the assistant to hold the second handle 250 in a sudden situation, if the second handle 250 can be approached in any direction, the convenience of the assistant can be improved. To this end, the multifunctional compound support device B of the present invention provides a streamlined second handle 250.

The upper supporting unit 200 of the multifunctional compound support device having the above-described configuration may be height-adjusted by the driving unit 300. Hereinafter, the driving unit 300 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9.

The driving unit 300 raises and lowers the upper supporting unit 200. According to the rising or falling of the driving unit 300, the chair unit 400 is switched to the non-use or use state. In order for the muscle assisting apparatus A to be mounted, the height of the upper supporting unit 200 must be changed. In addition, when the muscle strength assist device (A) is mounted, the chair unit 400 should be switched to the non-use state. Therefore, the driving unit 300 is driven to adjust the height of the upper supporting unit 200.

The driving unit 300 includes a lower pipe 310 coupled to the lower housing 150, and an upper pipe 330 coupled to the upper supporting unit 200. The driving unit 300 may further include a driving unit 350 for elevating the upper pipe 330.

One end of the lower pipe 310 is coupled to the lower housing 150 by a separate coupling means, and the other end is coupled to the upper pipe 330. The upper pipe 330 is coupled to the lower surface 215 of the main supporting frame 210 by a separate coupling means, and the other end is coupled to the lower pipe 310. The lower pipe 310 and the upper pipe 330 may be coupled to each other in a form where some overlap.

Although not shown in the drawings, the driving means 350 may be implemented by a hydraulic cylinder or a combination of a motor and a gear set. The driving means 350 may be turned on / off by a mechanical or electronic switch. If the upper pipe 330 can be elevated, the driving means 350 may be used without limitation. The driving means 350 may be driven and stopped by the pedal 352 serving as a switch.

The upper pipe 330 may be lowered by driving the driving means 350 or lowered manually. When the assistant presses the upper supporting unit 200 to a predetermined force or more, the upper pipe 330 may descend. As the upper supporting unit 200 is lifted by the driving unit 350, the chair unit 400 may be switched to a used or non-use state.

Hereinafter, the chair unit 400 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9.

The chair unit 400 includes a seat frame 410 forming a chair shape and a seat 420 coupled to the seat frame 410. The chair unit 400 includes a sub supporter 430 coupled to an upper side of the seat frame 410, a link frame 440 coupled to a lower side of the seat frame 410, and a support link coupled to the link frame 440. 450 may be further included.

Here, the unfolded state of the sheet 420 means a state in which the seat frame 410 is perpendicular to the upper pipe 330. That is, the sheet frame 410 is parallel to the bottom surface, and the sheet 420 is in a state where the sheet 420 is unfolded in a state in which the sheet 420 faces upward of the multifunctional compound support device B.

The state in which the sheet 420 is folded refers to a state in which the sheet frame 410 is horizontal with the upper pipe 330. In this state, when the muscle assisting device A is mounted on the upper supporting unit 200, the seat 420 is spaced apart without contacting the muscle assisting device A. In addition, in this state, the muscle assisting device A is not mounted, and the user may walk by holding the handle.

A state in which the seat 420 is opened is defined as a chair use state, and a state in which the seat 420 is folded is defined as a chair nonuse state. In the chair using state, the first handle 230 is maintained with the handle member 234 inserted into the handle receiving member 232. This is to prevent the user from hitting the handle member 234 when sitting on the seat 420.

When the upper pipe 330 is raised or lowered, the seat 420 should be folded or unfolded. Therefore, the seat frame 410 is rotatably coupled to the upper pipe 330. The seat frame 410 is coupled with the seat 420.

The sheet 420 is coupled to the top surface of the sheet frame 410. The sheet 420 has a shape corresponding to the shape of the sheet frame 410.

When the multifunctional compound support device B is used as a cradle of the muscle strength assistance device A, the seat 420 is switched to an unused state by the assistant. The seat 420 is provided with sub supporters 430 on both sides.

The sub supporters 430 are provided on both left and right sides of the sheet 420. The sub supporter 430 has a length shorter than the left and right lengths of the sheet 420. This is to prevent interference with surrounding components.

The sub supporter 430 may have a hexahedron shape having a predetermined thickness. Each of the sub supporters 430 may have a streamlined shape.

When the multifunctional compound support device B is used as a cradle of the muscle power assist device A, the sub supporter 430 does not contact the leg unit 6. However, when the multifunctional compound support device B is converted into a chair, the sub supporter 430 is in contact with the leg unit 6. In addition, the sub supporter 430 supports one side of the leg unit 6 in a state where the multifunctional compound support device B is completely converted into a chair. At this time, the sub supporter 430 is positioned between the leg supporters 216 of the upper supporting unit 200.

That is, the sub supporter 430 serves to support the weight of the leg unit 6 of the muscle power assist device (A).

On the other hand, the link frame 440 is coupled to the lower surface of the seat frame 410.

The link frame 440 is coupled to the bottom surface of the seat frame 410. In addition, the link frame 440 is rotatably coupled with the support link 450. Alternatively, the chair unit 400 may include only the seat frame 410, the seat 420, and the support link 450. In this case, the support link 450 may be rotatably coupled with the seat frame 410.

One end of the support link 450 is rotatably coupled to the lower housing 150, and the other end is rotatably coupled to the link frame 440.

The support link 450 is a bar shape bent a plurality of times at different angles. The shape of the support link 450 is a structure for avoiding interference with the surrounding structure.

전술한 구성을 갖는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 양방향 핸들 구조를 갖는 다기능 복합 지지 장치에 있어서, 핸들을 사용할 때와 수납할 때로 구분하여 상세히 설명하기로 한다(각 구성의 동작은 도 12 내지 도 14를 참조하여 설명함).In the multifunction composite support apparatus having a bidirectional handle structure according to an embodiment of the present invention having the above-described configuration, it will be described in detail by using the handle and when storing (the operation of each configuration is shown in Figs. Described with reference to 14).

As shown in FIG. 12, in the non-use state of the handle, the first handle part 230 is a state in which the handle member 234 is accommodated in the handle accommodating member 232. One end of the handle member 234 is maintained in a state in which the handle accommodation member 232 partially protrudes.

At this time, the handle member 234 is maintained with the fixing protrusion 234b inserted into one end of the first slot 232a. The elastic member 240 is in a compressed state by the handle member 234.

In this state, when the user or assistant presses the end of the handle member 234 in the direction of the arrow, the fixed state of the handle member 234 is released. Fixing and unlocking the structure of the handle member 234 may employ a conventional structure as described above.

When the fixed state of the handle member 234 is released as shown in FIG. 13, the handle member 234 starts to be drawn out from the handle receiving member 232 by the restoring force of the elastic member 240. As the handle member 234 is drawn out, the fixing protrusion 234b gradually moves along the first slot 232a. The fixing protrusion 234b moves toward the second slot 232b. When the restoration of the elastic member 240 is completed and the handle member 234 is pulled out to some extent, a user or an assistant may manually pull out the handle member 234.

As shown in FIG. 13, when the handle member 234 is pulled out as much as possible, the fixing protrusion 234b is caught by the end of the first slot 232a and no longer moves.

As shown in FIG. 14, when the user or the assistant rotates the handle member 234 in the direction of the second slot 232b in this state, the fixing protrusion 234b is inserted into the second slot 232b. When the fixing protrusion 234b is inserted into the second slot 232b, the fixing protrusion 234b may be inserted into the second slot 232b even when the handle member 234 is pulled out. The second slot 232b prevents the fixing protrusion 234b from flowing along the length direction of the handle accommodating member 232.

In a state in which the handle member 234 is drawn out, the user may hold the handle member 234 to perform walking training.

When storing the handle, the procedure is reversed from the above.

That is, a user or an assistant may rotate the handle member 234 to release the fixing protrusion 234b from the second slot 232b.

When the fixing protrusion 234b enters the first slot 232a, a user or an assistant presses the handle member 234. As the handle member 234 is pressed, the closed end of the accommodation groove 234a presses and compresses the elastic member 240.

As the elastic member 240 is compressed, the fixing protrusion 234b is moved to the extent adjacent to the end of the first slot 232a. Then, when the handle member 234 is completely accommodated into the handle accommodating member 232 by the user's pressing, the handle member 234 is fixed by the fixing structure to maintain the accommodating state.

The muscle strength assistance device (A) is moved and stored while mounted on the multifunctional compound support device (B). At this time, the muscle strength assist device (A) is mounted in the form of a person standing. In addition, when the user wears the strength aid device A, the multifunctional compound support device B may function as a chair for the user.

When using the mounting and chair function of the muscle strength assist device (A), the first handle 230 is maintained with the handle member 234 accommodated in the handle receiving member 232. Therefore, the first handle 230 does not interfere with the mounting of the muscle strength assistance device (A).

On the other hand, in a state in which the handle member 234 is inserted into the handle receiving member 232, the assistant can move the multifunction composite support device (B) through the muscle strength assistance device (A). At this time, the assistant may move by holding the second handle 250.
