Abstract

A fast-folding shade shed comprises a shade shed frame comprising a plurality of supporting legs, a plurality of pivoting frames, a plurality of folding rod assemblies, a top supporting plate, and a switching mechanism. The switching mechanism comprises a fixed rod, a sliding seat, a plurality of connecting rods, and a switching assembly. The fixed rod is fixedly connected to a bottom end of the top supporting plate, and the sliding seat is configured to slide along the fixed rod in an up-and-down direction. A first end of each of the plurality of connecting rods is pivotally connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of folding rod assemblies, and a second end of each of the plurality of connecting rods is pivotally connected to the sliding seat. The switching assembly is configured to enable the sliding seat to be locked to or unlocked from the fixed rod.

    RELATED APPLICATION
  • This application claims priority to Chinese patent application number 202222294000.X, filed on Aug. 30, 2022. Chinese patent application number 202222294000.X is incorporated herein by reference.
  • FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
  • The present disclosure relates to a fast-folding shade shed.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE
  • The existing shade shed is a kind of tool commonly used for sheltering from the sun and rain during people's gatherings and leisure activities on squares, beaches, lawns, etc., thereby providing a comfortable space for people's outdoor leisure activities. Shade sheds are very popular among consumers.
  • Chinese patent application number 201920430126.0 discloses a lighting shade shed, which comprises a bottom frame and a ceiling frame. The bottom frame comprises four extendable columns, and adjacent columns of the four extendable columns are connected by an extendable lateral rod assembly. The ceiling frame comprises a top disk, and the top disk is connected to a top end of each of the four extendable columns by a top rod assembly. The top rod assembly comprises an upper top rod and a lower top rod which are fixedly connected to each other. A bottom surface of the upper top rod comprises lamp grooves extending along the upper top rod and disposed with light strips. A lower side of the top disk comprises a printed circuit board (PCB), and the light strips are connected in parallel to be electrically connected to the PCB. Seen from the accompanying drawings of Chinese patent application number 201920430126.0, the folding or unfolding operations of the shade shed are extremely cumbersome, requiring manual operation at each joint, which is relatively inconvenient.
  • It is necessary to design a shade shed that can be quickly folded.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE
  • The present disclosure provides a fast-folding shade shed to solve the deficiencies in the background.
  • In order to solve the technical problem, a first technical solution of the present disclosure is as follows.
  • A fast-folding shade shed comprises a shade shed frame. The shade shed frame comprises a plurality of supporting legs, a plurality of pivoting frames, a plurality of folding rod assemblies, a top supporting plate, and a switching mechanism. Two adjacent supporting legs of the plurality of supporting legs are pivotally connected by a corresponding one of the plurality of pivoting frames, and a bottom end of each of the plurality of folding rod assemblies is pivotally connected to a top end of a corresponding one of the plurality of supporting legs. A top end of each of the plurality of folding rod assemblies is pivotally connected to the top supporting plate, and the switching mechanism comprises a fixed rod, a sliding seat, a plurality of connecting rods, and a switching assembly. The fixed rod is fixedly connected to a bottom end of the top supporting plate, and the sliding seat is configured to slide along the fixed rod in an up-and-down direction. A first end of each of the plurality of connecting rods is pivotally connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of folding rod assemblies, and a second end of each of the plurality of connecting rods is pivotally connected to the sliding seat. The switching assembly is configured to cooperate with the sliding seat and the fixed rod to enable the sliding seat to be locked to or unlocked from the fixed rod.
  • In a preferred embodiment, the switching assembly comprises an elastic piece and a button, and the sliding seat comprises a receiving cavity extending transversely. The receiving cavity has an external opening and an internal opening, and the fixed rod comprises a penetrating hole. The elastic piece is disposed in the fixed rod and comprises a positioning column configured to be matched with the penetrating hole, and the button is movably disposed in the receiving cavity and is operatively matched with the positioning column. The button is configured to be pressed to drive the positioning column to retract back into the fixed rod so that the sliding seat is configured to slide along the fixed rod.
  • In a preferred embodiment, the switching assembly further comprises a button seat, and the button seat is disposed at the external opening of the receiving cavity and comprises a button opening. The button comprises a button head and a button rod fixedly connected to the button head, and the button head extends out of the button opening. The button rod is configured to correspond to the positioning column.
  • In a preferred embodiment, the switching assembly further comprises a spring. The spring is sleeved outside the button rod, and two ends of the spring respectively abut the button head and a cavity wall of the receiving cavity.
  • In a preferred embodiment, the sliding seat comprises a sliding cavity arranged vertically and having a top opening, and the sliding cavity is in communication with the receiving cavity. The sliding cavity is configured to be slidably matched with a bottom end of the fixed rod, and a top end of an inner wall of the sliding cavity comprises a guiding inclined surface. The guiding inclined surface is configured to press the positioning column to make the positioning column move inward.
  • In a preferred embodiment, a handle ring is disposed at a bottom end of the sliding seat.
  • In a preferred embodiment, each of the plurality of folding rod assemblies comprises an upper folding rod, a lower folding rod, and a first pivoting seat. A top end of the upper folding rod is pivotally connected to the top supporting plate, and a bottom end of the upper folding rod is pivotally connected to the first pivoting seat. A top end of the lower folding rod is pivotally connected to the first pivoting seat, and a bottom end of the lower folding rod is pivotally connected to the top end of the corresponding one of the plurality of supporting legs.
  • In a preferred embodiment, the shade shed frame further comprises a plurality of supporting rods. A top end of each of the plurality of supporting rods is pivotally connected to the lower folding rod of a corresponding one of the plurality of folding rod assemblies, and a bottom end of each of the plurality of supporting rods is pivotally connected to a top end of a corresponding one of the plurality of supporting legs.
  • In a preferred embodiment, the plurality of supporting legs are telescopic rod structures.
  • In a preferred embodiment, the top end of each of the plurality of supporting legs is disposed with a hook and loop fastener.
  • Compared with the existing techniques, the technical solution has the following advantages.
      • 1. When the shade shed frame needs to be opened, the plurality of folding rod assemblies are opened first, then the sliding seat is aligned with the fixed rod and is pushed to move upward along the fixed rod until the switching assembly enables the sliding seat and the fixed rod to be locked to each other to position the top supporting plate. Then, the plurality of supporting legs are pulled outward to open the plurality of pivoting frames to a maximum distance, and a quick open operation of the shade shed frame is complete. When the shade shed frame needs to be folded, the switching assembly is operated to make the sliding seat and the fixed rod be unlocked from each other, the plurality of folding rod assemblies are folded, and the plurality of supporting legs are pushed inward, so that the plurality of pivoting frames are folded and a quick folding operation of the shade shed frame is complete.
      • 2. Pressing the button can drive the positioning column to move back into the fixed rod so that the sliding seat can slide along the fixed rod. The operation is simple and convenient, and there is no complicated operation process, which is suitable for most users.
      • 3. There is the handle ring at the bottom of the sliding seat, which is convenient for operating the sliding seat.
      • 4. The top end of each of the plurality of supporting legs is disposed with the hook and loop fastener to facilitate subsequent connection to a shade shed cloth.

  • Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 , a preferred embodiment of a fast-folding shade shed is provided, and the fast-folding shade shed comprises a shade shed frame 100.
  • The shade shed frame 100 comprises a plurality of supporting legs 10, a plurality of pivoting frames 20, a plurality of folding rod assemblies 30, a top supporting plate 40, and a switching mechanism 50.
  • Two adjacent supporting legs 10 of the plurality of supporting legs 10 are pivotally connected by a corresponding one of the plurality of pivoting frames 20. Referring to FIG. 1 , each of the plurality of pivoting frames 20 comprises two groups of pivoting rods, and each of the two groups of pivoting rods comprises three pivoting rods 21 that are pivotally connected together in sequence. Moreover, a top end of each of the plurality of supporting legs 10 is disposed with a second pivoting seat 11 and a third pivoting seat 12 arranged at intervals, and two pivoting rods 21 which are located at an end of a corresponding one of the plurality of pivoting frames 20 are respectively pivotally connected to the second pivoting seat 11 and the third pivoting seat 12.
  • In this embodiment, the plurality of supporting legs 10 are telescopic rod structures.
  • In this embodiment, the top end of each of the plurality of supporting legs 10 is disposed with a hook and loop fastener 13 to facilitate subsequent connection to a shade shed cloth.
  • A bottom end of each of the plurality of folding rod assemblies 30 is pivotally connected to a top end of a corresponding one of the plurality of supporting legs 10, and a top end of each of the plurality of folding rod assemblies 30 is pivotally connected to the top supporting plate 40.
  • In this embodiment, each of the plurality of folding rod assemblies 30 comprises an upper folding rod 31, a lower folding rod 32, and a first pivoting seat 33. A top end of the upper folding rod 31 is pivotally connected to the top supporting plate 40, and a bottom end of the upper folding rod 31 is pivotally connected to the first pivoting seat 33. A top end of the lower folding rod 32 is pivotally connected to the first pivoting seat 33, and a bottom end of the lower folding rod 32 is pivotally connected to a top end of a corresponding one of the plurality of supporting legs 10. Specifically, the bottom end of the lower folding rod 32 is pivotally connected to the second pivoting seat 11. According to needs, each of the plurality of folding rod assemblies 30 may alternatively comprise three folding rods or four folding rods, and the disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • In this embodiment, the shade shed frame further comprises a plurality of supporting rods 60. A top end of each of the plurality of supporting rods 60 is pivotally connected to the lower folding rod 32 of a corresponding one of the plurality of folding rod assemblies 30, and a bottom end of each of the plurality of supporting rods 60 is pivotally connected to a top end of a corresponding one of the plurality of supporting legs 10. Specifically, the bottom end of each of the plurality of supporting rods 60 is pivotally connected to the third pivoting seat 12 that corresponds thereto.
  • The switching mechanism 50 comprises a fixed rod 51, a sliding seat 52, a plurality of connecting rods 53, and a switching assembly. The fixed rod 51 is fixedly connected to a bottom end of the top supporting plate 40, and the sliding seat 52 can slide along the fixed rod 51 in an up-and-down direction. A first end of each of the plurality of connecting rods 53 is pivotally connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of folding rod assemblies 30, and a second end of each of the plurality of connecting rods 53 is pivotally connected to the sliding seat 52. The switching assembly can cooperate with the sliding seat 52 and the fixed rod 51 to enable the sliding seat 52 to be locked to or unlocked from the fixed rod 51.
  • In this embodiment, referring to FIG. 3 , the switching assembly comprises an elastic piece 54 and a button. The sliding seat 52 comprises a receiving cavity 521 extending transversely, and the receiving cavity 521 has an external opening and an internal opening. The fixed rod 51 comprises a penetrating hole 511, and the elastic piece 54 is installed in the fixed rod 51 and comprises a positioning column 541 configured to be matched with the penetrating hole 511. The button is movably installed in the receiving cavity 521 and is operatively matched with the positioning column 541. Pressing the button can drive the positioning column 541 to retract back into the fixed rod 51, so that the sliding seat 52 can slide along the fixed rod 51. Referring to FIG. 3 , the elastic piece 54 generally has an upside-down U shape, and the positioning column 541 is fixedly connected to a bottom end of the elastic piece 54 and arranged transversely.
  • In this embodiment, the switching assembly further comprises a button seat 55, which is installed at the external opening of the receiving cavity 521 and comprises a button opening, and the button comprises a button head 56 and a button rod 561 fixedly connected to the button head 56. The button head 56 extends out of the button opening, and the button rod 561 can correspond to the positioning column 541. Specifically, a connection relationship between the button seat 55 and the receiving cavity 521 is as follows: the button seat 55 comprises two buckles 551 facing away from each other, and the external opening of the receiving cavity 521 comprises a buckle groove 522. The button seat 55 is fixedly connected to the receiving cavity 521 by the two buckles 551 being buckled to the buckle groove 522.
  • In this embodiment, the switching assembly further comprises a spring 57. The spring 57 is sleeved outside the button rod 561, and two ends of the spring 57 respectively abut the button head 56 and a cavity wall of the receiving cavity 521. The spring 57 can keep the button head 56 in a position where the button head 56 protrudes from the button opening.
  • In this embodiment, the sliding seat 52 comprises a sliding cavity 523 arranged vertically and having a top opening, and the sliding cavity 523 is in communication with the receiving cavity 521. The sliding cavity 523 can be slidably matched with a bottom end of the fixed rod 51. A top end of an inner wall of the sliding cavity 523 comprises a guiding inclined surface 524, and the guiding inclined surface 524 can press the positioning column 541 to make the positioning column 541 move inward.
  • Moreover, for better manual operation, a handle ring 525 is disposed at a bottom end of the sliding seat 52.
  • A use process of the shade shed frame is as follows.
  • When the shade shed frame needs to be opened, the plurality of folding rod assemblies 30 are opened first, then the sliding cavity 523 of the sliding seat 52 is aligned with the bottom end of the fixed rod 51 and is pushed to move upward along the fixed rod 51. The positioning column 541 is moved inward due to the guiding inclined surface 524 until the positioning column 541 is buckled to the internal opening of the receiving cavity 521, so as to enable the sliding seat 52 to be locked to the fixed rod 51. At this time, the top supporting plate 40 is positioned, and the positioning column 541 and the button rod 561 are in contact with each other. Then, the plurality of supporting legs 10 are pulled outward to open the plurality of pivoting frames 20 to a maximum distance, and a quick open operation of the shade shed frame is complete.
  • When the shade shed frame needs to be folded, the button head 56 is pressed to drive the button rod 561 to move inward to press the positioning column 541 to retract inward back into the fixed rod 51. At this time, the positioning between the sliding seat 52 and the fixed rod 51 is released. The sliding seat 52 is pulled downward so that the sliding seat 52 can be unlocked from the fixed rod 51. Then, the plurality of folding rod assemblies 30 are folded and the plurality of supporting legs 10 are pushed inward, so that the plurality of pivoting frames 20 are folded and a quick folding operation of the shade shed frame is complete.
  • The shade shed frame can be quickly opened or folded, and the shade shed frame has a simple overall structure and low production cost.
  • The aforementioned embodiments are merely some embodiments of the present disclosure, and the scope of the disclosure is not limited thereto. Thus, it is intended that the present disclosure cover any modifications and variations of the presently presented embodiments provided they are made without departing from the appended claims and the specification of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

What is claimed is:
1. A fast-folding shade shed, comprising:
a shade shed frame, wherein:
the shade shed frame comprises a plurality of supporting legs, a plurality of pivoting frames, a plurality of folding rod assemblies, a top supporting plate, and a switching mechanism,
two adjacent supporting legs of the plurality of supporting legs are pivotally connected by a corresponding one of the plurality of pivoting frames,
a bottom end of each of the plurality of folding rod assemblies is pivotally connected to a top end of a corresponding one of the plurality of supporting legs,
a top end of each of the plurality of folding rod assemblies is pivotally connected to the top supporting plate,
the switching mechanism comprises a fixed rod, a sliding seat, a plurality of connecting rods, and a switching assembly,
the fixed rod is fixedly connected to a bottom end of the top supporting plate,
the sliding seat is configured to slide along the fixed rod in an up-and-down direction,
a first end of each of the plurality of connecting rods is pivotally connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of folding rod assemblies,
a second end of each of the plurality of connecting rods is pivotally connected to the sliding seat, and
the switching assembly is configured to cooperate with the sliding seat and the fixed rod to enable the sliding seat to be locked to or unlocked from the fixed rod.
2. The fast-folding shade shed according to claim 1, wherein:
the switching assembly comprises an elastic piece and a button,
the sliding seat comprises a receiving cavity extending transversely,
the receiving cavity has an external opening and an internal opening,
the fixed rod comprises a penetrating hole,
the elastic piece is disposed in the fixed rod and comprises a positioning column configured to be matched with the penetrating hole,
the button is movably disposed in the receiving cavity and is operatively matched with the positioning column, and
the button is configured to be pressed to drive the positioning column to retract back into the fixed rod so that the sliding seat is configured to slide along the fixed rod.
3. The fast-folding shade shed according to claim 2, wherein:
the switching assembly further comprises a button seat,
the button seat is disposed at the external opening of the receiving cavity and comprises a button opening,
the button comprises a button head and a button rod fixedly connected to the button head,
the button head extends out of the button opening, and
the button rod is configured to correspond to the positioning column.
4. The fast-folding shade shed according to claim 3, wherein:
the switching assembly further comprises a spring,
the spring is sleeved outside the button rod, and
two ends of the spring respectively abut the button head and a cavity wall of the receiving cavity.
5. The fast-folding shade shed according to claim 2, wherein:
the sliding seat comprises a sliding cavity arranged vertically and having a top opening,
the sliding cavity is in communication with the receiving cavity,
the sliding cavity is configured to be slidably matched with a bottom end of the fixed rod,
a top end of an inner wall of the sliding cavity comprises a guiding inclined surface, and
the guiding inclined surface is configured to press the positioning column to make the positioning column move inward.
6. The fast-folding shade shed according to claim 1, wherein:
a handle ring is disposed at a bottom end of the sliding seat.
7. The fast-folding shade shed according to claim 1, wherein:
each of the plurality of folding rod assemblies comprises an upper folding rod, a lower folding rod, and a first pivoting seat,
a top end of the upper folding rod is pivotally connected to the top supporting plate,
a bottom end of the upper folding rod is pivotally connected to the first pivoting seat,
a top end of the lower folding rod is pivotally connected to the first pivoting seat, and
a bottom end of the lower folding rod is pivotally connected to the top end of the corresponding one of the plurality of supporting legs.
8. The fast-folding shade shed according to claim 7, wherein:
the shade shed frame further comprises a plurality of supporting rods,
a top end of each of the plurality of supporting rods is pivotally connected to the lower folding rod of a corresponding one of the plurality of folding rod assemblies, and
a bottom end of each of the plurality of supporting rods is pivotally connected to a top end of a corresponding one of the plurality of supporting legs.
9. The fast-folding shade shed according to claim 1, wherein:
the plurality of supporting legs are telescopic rod structures.
10. The fast-folding shade shed according to claim 1, wherein:
the top end of each of the plurality of supporting legs is disposed with a hook and loop fastener.
