Description
The present invention relates to a training device, and more particularly to a multi-axis foot and ankle training system.
The ankle joint is a highly mobile joint. When the ankle joint mobility is poor and limited, it will affect other adjacent joints and easily cause sprains and even walking posture. Therefore, strengthening the stability of ankle joint mobility is one of the common exercises in rehabilitation.
For example, the utility model patent publication number CN211215234U of the People's Republic of China discloses a foot and ankle muscle strength training device, which includes a rectangular base, two fixed blocks spaced apart on the base, two connecting rods obliquely pivoted on the fixed blocks, two foot pads pivoted on the upper ends of the connecting rods, and two springs respectively fixed on the connecting rods and one end of which is fixed to the base.
During training, the front soles and heels of both feet step on the front and rear ends of the pads in turn, and the springs are compressed to generate training resistance to train the ankle joint. However, the aforementioned ankle muscle training device can only train the ankle joint in a single axis, so the effect of improving the multi-directional mobility of the ankle joint is relatively limited.
Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a multi-axis ankle training system that can train the ankle joint in multiple directions.
Therefore, the multi-axis ankle training system of the present invention is suitable for operation by a user. The multi-axis ankle training system includes a support unit and an ankle training unit.
