Abstract

A quick-release stand and a quick-release electronic device are provided. The quick-release stand includes a supporting pillar, a first positioning component, a base and a second positioning component. The first positioning component is movably disposed at an end of the supporting pillar and includes a first positioning portion. The supporting pillar is inserted into the base by the first positioning component. The second positioning component is movably disposed on the base and includes a second positioning portion. The second positioning component can be moved between a first position and a second position. When the second positioning component is at the first position, the second positioning portion is separated from the first position portion of the first position component. When the second position component is at the second position, the second position portion is positioned on the first position portion of the first position component.
