Abstract

The present invention is a wireless controller and a method for calling an application when a smart phone is in a locked screen state, wherein the wireless controller comprises a processing unit, a wireless module and at least one input unit. When the smart phone is currently in a locked screen state, when the input unit is operated, the processing unit can generate a corresponding call message accordingly, and the call message at least comprises a specific code, a function code and an execution code. Wireless controller and method for calling application in a locked screen state of a smart phone

The present invention relates to a method and hardware for calling an application program using a wireless controller, and in particular to a method and a wireless controller capable of calling an application program when a smart phone is in a locked screen state without unlocking the locked screen state.

With the advancement of communication technology and hardware technology, the experience of using smartphones has become smoother and more intelligent. From communication to entertainment, to daily work and personal management, smartphones can almost help. Therefore, smartphones have become an indispensable tool in modern life. However, the security and privacy protection issues that come with it are becoming more and more important. Most smartphones have certain security mechanisms, such as the lock screen function, which is designed to prevent unauthorized users from accessing the internal data of the smartphone. Generally speaking, when a smartphone has not been operated for a period of time, the system will automatically activate the lock screen state to protect the user's privacy and phone security.

As mentioned above, the lock screen mechanism of a smartphone usually requires the user to unlock it through a password, pattern, fingerprint or facial recognition. Although such security measures are necessary, they may cause inconvenience to the user in some cases. For example, if the user needs to quickly use a computer application to perform simple calculations, or needs to use a translation application to translate, he must first unlock the lock screen mechanism (or unlock the smartphone) before he can operate the aforementioned application. In an emergency, the aforementioned steps seem a bit cumbersome, especially when there are items in hand or when walking, unlocking the lock screen mechanism may be even more inconvenient. Since there is still room for improvement in the operation process of current smart phones, in order to stand out in the fiercely competitive market, the inventor, relying on his rich practical experience in professional antenna design for many years and adhering to the spirit of continuous improvement, finally developed the wireless controller and method for calling applications when the smart phone is in a locked screen state after a long period of hard research and experiments. It is hoped that the advent of the present invention will provide users with a better user experience.

One purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for calling an application when a smart phone is in a locked screen state, which is applied to a wireless controller, and the wireless controller can be connected to a smart phone through a wireless protocol. The wireless controller includes a processing unit, a wireless module and at least one input unit, wherein the processing unit can be electrically connected to the wireless module and the input unit. In this way, the user can fix the wireless controller 1 to the smart phone 2, so as to facilitate carrying the wireless controller 1, and effectively solve the storage problem of the wireless controller 1.
