Abstract

The present invention discloses a bag arranged on the body surface which is fixed on a body surface of a user. The bag includes a main body, a plurality of fixing parts and connecting parts. The main body further includes a first side wall, a second side wall, a storage space and a first opening. The fixing parts are respectively arranged on the main body, and each of the fixing parts further forms a first surface and a second surface. The second surface is corresponded to the body surface of the user and the first surface is corresponded to the first side wall. The connecting part is arranged between the main body and the fixed parts to fix the main body to the fixed parts. The connecting parts connects a part of the first surface and the first side wall, so that the remaining part of the first surface is separated from the first side wall. In addition, the main body is positioned on the body surface of the user through the fixing parts and the connecting parts.

Personal pockets

The present invention relates to the technical field of fixing a bag to the surface of the body, in particular to a close-fitting bag for containing liquids, food, body fluids or excrement.

The development of human civilization is closely related to containers, especially portable containers required for mobility. In order to facilitate carrying, previous technologies adopted various fixing methods such as carrying on the back and tying, but portable containers are still inevitably prone to sliding, displacement, or falling off. Therefore, how to improve the previous technology so that the portable container can be more firmly attached to the user is a problem to be solved.

The present invention provides a personal bag to solve the deficiencies of the previous technology.

One embodiment of the present invention provides a personal bag that can be easily fixed on the human body and is not easy to fall off, and at the same time can contain and transport various types of substances, such as liquids, gases, powders, particles, solids, etc. For example, the substances can be food, body fluids or excrement, etc.

Another embodiment of the present invention provides a close-fitting bag according to the above, which provides a connecting part to combine multiple fixing parts and a main body, wherein the fixing parts are separated by a gap, and the length range of the gap is not less than 0 cm, wherein the fixing parts are arranged in at least one of the same direction and misaligned, and the connecting part combines a part of the first surface of one of the fixing parts with the first side wall of the main body to achieve the effect of buffering the tension during fixing.

Another embodiment of the present invention is based on the above-mentioned personal bag, in which a second opening is formed in at least one of the plurality of fixed parts, so that the main body is exposed through the second opening on the second surface.

Another embodiment of the present invention is based on the above-mentioned personal bag, wherein the connecting portion is arranged on at least one of the fixing portions to form a single channel or multiple channels.

Another embodiment of the present invention is based on the above-mentioned body bag, providing a fixing member arranged in the channel to fix and/or position the body on the user's body surface.

Another embodiment of the present invention is to provide a reinforcing member based on the above-mentioned personal bag to increase the fixing and/or positioning of the fixing member on at least one of the first surface and the second surface.

Another embodiment of the present invention is based on the above-mentioned personal bag, in which an adhesive layer is provided on at least one of the multiple fixing parts so that the main body can be fixed and/or positioned on the body surface through the fixing part.

Another embodiment of the present invention is based on the above-mentioned personal bag, wherein the connecting portion is arranged adjacent to the edge of the main body, so that at least a portion of the edge of at least one of the plurality of fixing portions protrudes from the edge of the main body.

Another embodiment of the present invention is based on the above-mentioned personal bag, wherein the portion of the first surface of one of the fixing parts is separated from the edge of the one of the fixing parts by a distance.

Another embodiment of the present invention is based on the above-mentioned personal bag, wherein the connecting portion is annular to connect the first side wall and the portion of the first surface of one of the fixing portions.

Another embodiment of the present invention is to provide an isolation layer on at least one of the inner surface of the body, the outer surface of the body and the first surface according to the above-mentioned body bag, so as to prevent the first side wall and the second side wall and/or the first side wall and the fixing part from being bonded due to heat.

The specific implementation of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings, wherein the same or similar components are represented by the same element symbols.

FIG1 is a schematic diagram showing a skin-tight bag of the first embodiment of the present invention. In FIG1 , a skin-tight bag 10 fixed to the body surface (not shown) includes a body 11, a fixing portion 12 and a first opening 13.

The body 11 has a first side wall 111 and a second side wall 112. The first side wall 111 is combined with the second side wall 112 to form a storage space for accommodating substances such as liquids, gases, powders, particles, solids, etc. The interior of the body 11 can communicate with the exterior of the body 11 through the first opening 13. The first opening 13 can further be provided with a tube, a connector, a sleeve, or an adhesive layer surrounding the first opening 13. The aforementioned tubes, connectors, sleeves, etc. can also be collectively referred to as extensions. For example, when the extension is a connector, the connector can be provided at the first opening 13, so that a part of the connector is exposed outside the body 11 and another part of the connector is connected to the first opening 13.

The fixing part 12 is a sheet of material having a first surface S1 and a second surface S2, and the first surface S1 and the second surface S2 are corresponding surfaces. Here, one fixing part 12 is used as an example for explanation, and in other embodiments, the number of fixing parts 12 may be more than one. In addition, a part of the first surface S1 is combined with the outer surface of the first side wall 111 of the main body 11 at the connecting part 122, and the part of the first surface S1 and the outer surface of the main body 11 that are not combined with each other forms a separated part, and the user can fix the main body 11 to the body surface through the fixing part 12.

The first opening 13 is used to receive fluid or objects. Here, the first opening 13 is formed at the edge of the body 11, that is, the open portion where the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 are not combined. In addition, in addition to being disposed between the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112, in other embodiments, the first opening 13 can also be formed on the first side wall 111, the second side wall 112, or on both of the aforementioned side walls.

Fig. 2A and Fig. 2B are schematic diagrams showing the second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 2A, the body 11 is composed of a single sheet of continuous material on the left and right sides, and the upper and lower edges thereof are opened, and the joint forms a bag body connection area 113. Here, the bag body connection area 113 is formed at the edge of the body 11. In addition, here, the fixing part 12 is explained by two examples. The fixing part 12 forms a channel through the two connecting parts 122, that is, the space between the two connecting parts 122. The channel can be used to set an external fixing member 21, such as a fixing belt, a fixing rope, etc., that is, the fixing part 12 allows the fixing member 21 to pass through the channel to fix the body 11 to a body part of the user. In order to allow the user to choose different fixing positions, a plurality of fixing parts 12 can be provided on the main body 11. In addition to improving the stability of the fixing main body 11, so that the main body 11 can be fixed to the body surface through at least two points without shaking or displacement like a pendulum, it can also form at least two points of support. When the main body 11 bears weight, the gravity is evenly shared by the plurality of fixing parts 12. It can also allow the user to choose to pass the fixing belt (or fixing rope) through the fixing part 12 channels at different positions to adjust the best fixing method. In other words, a plurality of fixing parts 12 can be provided according to the situation. Here, the two fixing parts 12 are separated by a gap d and in the same direction (i.e., the positive and negative Y-axis directions of the figure), and the length of the gap d is greater than 0 cm. In other embodiments, the length of the gap d can also be equal to 0 cm, such as shown in FIG. 2B. In addition, in addition to being arranged in the same direction as shown in FIG. 2A, in other embodiments, the multiple fixing portions 12 may also be arranged in a staggered manner or in a combination of the same direction and staggered manner.

In another embodiment, the fixing portion 12 can be further processed to form a second opening 121.

As shown in FIG. 2B , the first opening 13 is illustrated by clamping a tube, and is used as a leg bag for storing urine. When the main body 11 is arranged in a manner substantially parallel to the legs, four fixing portions 12 are arranged in the vertical direction. Here, the close-fitting bag 10 may further provide a reinforcing member 22, and the reinforcing member 22 is arranged on the second surface S2 of the fixing portion 12 (in other embodiments, the reinforcing member 22 may also be arranged on the first surface S1). The reinforcing member 22 is coupled to the fixing member 21 (such as a fixing belt, fixing rope, etc.) through the second opening 121 by hooking, snapping, bonding, or friction to prevent the main body 11 from sliding in the direction of the fixing belt (or fixing rope); on the other hand, the use of the reinforcing member 22 also makes it more convenient for the user to remove the fixing belt (or fixing rope) from the main body 11. The reinforcement 22 can be made of, for example but not limited to, Velcro, buttons, rivets, adhesives, etc. Here, Velcro is used as an example to illustrate the reinforcement 22, which is used to combine with the fixing belt made of Velcro. The reinforcement 22 is slightly larger than the second opening 121, and the Velcro of the reinforcement 22 and the Velcro of the fixing belt are tightly combined through the second opening 121, so that the fixing belt and the fixing part 12 maintain a stable structure.

The method of combining the connecting portion 122 with the fixing portion 12 can be, for example, by welding or bonding (but not limited thereto) to combine with the main body 11. For example, as shown in FIG2A, when the fixing portion 12 is a rectangle, it can be combined with the main body 11 at two opposite sides of the rectangle, or it can be combined with the main body 11 by connecting portions 122 at more than two points within the rectangular range; or, as shown in FIG2B, the fixing portion 12 can be further processed to form a second opening 121 at the position corresponding to each channel. It is worth noting that the fixing method of this embodiment is particularly suitable for fixing the intimate bag 10 fixed to the body surface to the user's limbs and trunk.

Figures 3A to 3D are schematic diagrams showing the skin-tight bag of the third embodiment of the present invention. Figure 3B shows a vertical cross-section of the left half of the skin-tight bag 10 fixed to the body surface in Figure 3A, that is, the 3B-3B section line in Figure 3A; Figure 3C shows a vertical cross-section of the right half of the skin-tight bag 10 fixed to the body surface in Figure 3A, that is, the 3C-3C section line in Figure 3A; and Figure 3D shows the use of the skin-tight bag of the present invention.

Here, the main body 11 is made of two sheets of material joined at their open edges, which can be the same or different materials, and are sealed at their respective peripheries. Two fixing parts 12 are provided on the main body 11, and an adhesive layer 14 is provided on the second surface S2 of the fixing part 12 to adhere to the user so that the main body 11 adheres to the body surface. The component material of the adhesive layer 14 may include, for example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, etc., which is applied on the fixing part 12 during the manufacturing process. Its component material may also include, for example, double-sided tape, etc., one side of which adheres to the fixing part 12 and the other side adheres to the user. The main body 11 can be repeatedly used by simply replacing the double-sided tape. The fixing method of this embodiment is suitable for fixing the skin-fitting bag 10 fixed to the body surface to a large body surface such as the abdomen and back of the human body, or a body surface with large undulations that is difficult to fix. As shown in FIG3A , the body 11 with rounded quadrilateral shape is made of two pieces of thermoplastic plastic film, which are heat-sealed along the open edges. The heat-sealing process forms a bag body connection area 113 surrounding the edge of the body 11, which is the edge of the body 11. Here, the fixing part 12 is made of thermoplastic plastic film into a petal shape. Please refer to FIG. 3B at the same time. The fixing portion 12 is disposed between the upper edge and the lower edge of the main body 11, and the fixing portion 12 does not exceed the inner edge of the bag connecting area 113 at the edge of the main body 11. In the manufacturing process, in step 1, the fixing portion 12 is first heat-sealed to the first side wall 111 to form the connecting portion of the connecting portion 122 (i.e., the portion of the connecting portion 122 that is connected to the first side wall 111); then, in step 2, the first side wall 111 and the open edge of the second side wall 112 are heat-sealed to form the main body 11. Here, the central area of the first surface S1 of the fixing portion 12 and the outer surface of the first side wall 111 of the main body 11 are combined with the connecting portion of the connecting portion 122, and there is a distance D between the edge of the connecting portion and the edge of the fixing portion 12. The widest part of this distance D is, for example, greater than 3 mm, preferably greater than 8 mm, and more preferably greater than 15 mm, forming an outer peripheral area 123 of the fixing portion 12; correspondingly, there is also a distance between the edge of the connecting portion and the edge of the main body 11, and the outer peripheral area 123 of the fixing portion 12 is separated from the outer surface of the main body 11, thereby forming a separated portion. Since the pulling force is the main reason for the body 11 to fall off from the body surface, including the pulling force generated by gravity and the pulling force generated by the user rubbing the body 11 when in motion, the structure in which the outer peripheral area 123 of the fixing part 12 is separated from the body 11 enables the separated part of the fixing part 12 (the outer peripheral area 123) to produce the effect of buffering the pulling force.

The personal bag 10 fixed to the body surface may further include a release layer 15, which covers at least a portion of the adhesive layer 14 to prevent the adhesive layer 14 from losing its stickiness due to contamination before use. The release layer 15 may be, for example, release paper. Furthermore, please refer to FIG. 3A and FIG. 3C simultaneously. The central area of the fixing portion 12 is connected to the main body 11 at the connecting portion 122. Here, the connecting portion 122 is a closed ring shape to connect the first side wall 111 and the first surface S1 of the fixing portion 12. The connecting portion 122 is adjacent to the upper edge of the main body 11 and the inner edge of the bag connecting area 113. The upper end of the outer peripheral area 123 of the fixing portion 12 therefore exceeds the main body 11, that is, the fixing portion 12 can extend toward the edge of the main body 11, so that the edge of the fixing portion 12 protrudes from the edge of the main body 11. Here, if the same process as that shown in FIG. 3B is adopted, when the open edges of the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 are heat-sealed in step 2, the edge of the main body 11 (or the first side wall 111) will be simultaneously bonded to the upper end of the outer peripheral area 123 of the fixing portion 12 because the three layers of thermoplastic plastic films of the first side wall 111, the second side wall 112 and the fixing portion 12 are heated at the same time, resulting in the loss of the aforementioned buffering tension effect of the separation portion between the fixing portion 12 and the main body 11 when the main body 11 is attached to the user. Therefore, in order to prevent the outer area 123 of the fixing portion 12 from being heated and bonded to the edge of the main body 11, the body bag 10 can further be provided with an isolation layer 16 on the surface of the main body 11. Here, the isolation layer 16 is provided on the inner surface of the main body as an example. In other embodiments, the isolation layer 16 can also be provided on the outer surface of the main body 11, the first surface S1 of the fixing portion 12, etc. For example, in the manufacturing process of the structure in which the fixing portion 12 extends beyond the edge of the main body 11, in step 1, the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 are preferably heat-sealed to form the main body 11; then, in step 2, the fixing portion 12 is heat-sealed to the first side wall 111 to produce a connection portion. At this time, in order to prevent the inner surface of the second side wall 112 from being heat-bonded to the first side wall 111, an isolation layer 16 may be provided on one of the opposite surfaces of the two side walls, and the isolation layer 16 is provided by clamping, coating, laminating or printing before the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 are combined into the main body 11. Those with ordinary knowledge in the art to which the present invention belongs should understand that the present embodiment can also set an isolation layer 16 on the first surface S1 of the fixing portion 12, such as the outer peripheral area 123, which can also prevent the outer peripheral area 123 of the fixing portion 12 and the edge of the main body 11 from being heated and bonded to each other. In addition, the skin-tight bag 10 can further set a second opening 121 in the annular connecting portion of the fixing portion 12, and can reduce the area of the adhesive layer 14 (not shown) adhering to the user's body surface without reducing the fixing effect, so as to improve the comfort of the user's skin. In addition, a strong adhesive layer 141 can be further provided on one side of the adhesive layer 14 in the central area of the fixing portion 12, so that the central area of the fixing portion 12 with the strong adhesive layer 141 will adhere to the body surface with a stronger adhesive force, thereby delaying the time for the fixing portion 12 to be peeled off from the body surface. The strong adhesive layer 141 can be formed by dispensing glue, coating, printing, etc., or it can be a double-sided adhesive. In addition, the skin-tight bag 10 fixed on the body surface shown in FIG3C, when the body 11 bears weight, due to the action of gravity (i.e., the downward direction in the figure), the body 11 will present a water drop shape with a sharp top and a round bottom as shown in FIG3D, and the sharp (narrow) upper part of the body 11 is smoothly connected to the fixing part 12. Compared with FIG3B, the risk of the skin-tight bag 10 fixed on the body surface falling off the body surface due to friction on the upper part of the body 11 can be effectively reduced. It is worth noting that the skin-tight bag 10 fixed on the body surface in the use state is more effective when its connecting part 122 is farther from the direction of gravity. In FIG. 3D , when in use, the main body 11 is adhered to the user's body surface through the adhesive layer 14 of the fixing part 12, and the first surface S1 below the fixing part 12 (separated part) is separated from the outer surface of the main body 11, which can effectively buffer the tension generated by gravity or friction. The other fixing part 12 located at the lower end of the first side wall 111 is combined with the main body 11 at its opposite sides, so that the fixing member 21 (such as a fixing belt, a fixing rope, etc.) passes through the channel, as shown in FIG. 2A , and the lower end of the main body 11 can be fixed to other parts of the user's body at the same time. Here, the main body 11 can be provided with an extension piece, such as a drainage tube, at the first opening 13 located at the second side wall 112 to guide the material in the storage space of the main body 11 out. A person with ordinary knowledge in the technical field to which the present invention belongs should understand that the present embodiment can also be provided with, for example but not limited to, a tube, a connector, a sleeve and/or an adhesive layer surrounding the first opening 13 at the first opening 13.
