The following further describes the present invention in combination with the drawings and embodiments, so that relevant personnel in the technical field to which the present invention belongs can better understand the present invention and implement it accordingly, but the embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention.

Please refer to FIG. 1, which is a schematic diagram of a smart interactive sports equipment disclosed in this case according to an embodiment. The smart interactive sports equipment 10 includes a main body 110, a first motion mechanism 120 and an electronic control device 130. The first motion mechanism 120 is a mechanism for training upper limbs.

In one embodiment, the smart interactive sports equipment 10 can be a smart trainer for training upper limbs or lower limbs or a dual-purpose bicycle for upper and lower limbs. For ease of explanation, the following description is based on the smart interactive sports equipment 10 being used as a smart trainer for training upper limbs.

In one embodiment, the first motion mechanism 120 is disposed on the main body 110 and includes a first rotating part 122, a first crank 124 and a handle 126. One end of the first crank 124 is connected to the handle 126, and the other end is connected to the first rotating part 122. In one embodiment, the first rotating part 122 is a transmission component including a gear and a chain. When the user sits on a chair or stands and places both hands on the handle 126 for upper limb fitness or rehabilitation, the handle 126 drives the first crank 124 to rotate the first rotating part 122.

In one embodiment, the electric control device 130 is disposed on the main body 110. The electric control device 130 may include a housing to accommodate the components of the electric control device 130, or the main body 110 may include an outer housing to accommodate the components of the electric control device 130.

Please refer to FIG. 2, which is a block diagram of an electric control device and related operation modules disposed in a smart interactive sports equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention. The electric control device 130 includes a first drive module 131, a communication module 134, and a controller 136. The controller 136 couples the first drive module 131 and the communication module 134. In one embodiment, the smart interactive sports equipment 10 of FIG. 1 includes a motion sensing module 152, which is disposed on the main body 110 of the smart interactive sports equipment 10 and is electrically connected or communicatively connected to the electric control device 130.

In one embodiment, the first driving module 131 is connected to the first rotating part 122 to adjust the resistance value of the first rotating part 122. For example, if the first driving module 131 increases the resistance value of the first rotating part 122, when the user places both hands on the handle 126 for rotating operation, both hands need to apply more force to rotate the first rotating part 122, and vice versa.

In one embodiment, the motion sensing module 152 is used to sense the first torque output generated by the first rotating part 122 driven by the handle 126 and the first crank 124. Specifically, the motion sensing module 152 senses a plurality of torque values of the first rotating part 122 at different angles during one rotation of the first rotating part 122. For example, the motion sensing module 152 senses and records one torque value every time the first rotating part 122 rotates 90°. In this embodiment, after the first rotating part 122 rotates one circle (360°), the motion sensing module 152 records four torque values. Then, the motion sensing module 152 calculates the average value of the plurality of torque values measured after the first rotating part 122 rotates one circle as the first torque output of the first rotating part 122. In other words, the first torque output of the first rotating part 122 is the average value of multiple torque values of the first rotating part 122 at different angles.

It is worth mentioning that the motion sensing module 152 can also use different frequencies to read the torque value. For example, the first rotating part 122 senses and records one torque value every time it rotates 40° (that is, the sensing frequency is 9 times per circle). In this embodiment, after the first rotating part 122 rotates one circle, the motion sensing module 152 will record 9 torque values and calculate the average value of the 9 torque values to obtain the first torque value of the first rotating part 122.

In one embodiment, the motion sensing module 152 can be set at any position on the main body 110 that can receive the torque value of the first rotating part 122.

In one embodiment, the smart interactive sports equipment 10 automatically provides the user with a suitable training course (for example, a training course with a suitable training intensity or training time is selected based on the user's physical condition), and analyzes each training result to update the next training course. If the next training course is updated, the smart interactive sports equipment 10 will set the resistance value of the first rotating part 122 through the first driving module 131 according to the pre-set value of the next training course. In this way, the user can obtain a training course that is more in line with the current physical condition based on the previous training results.

In one embodiment, the smart interactive sports equipment 10 is connected to a host 600 through a communication module 134, and receives a training course 620 and an evaluation item corresponding to the training course 620 from the host 600. For example, the training course 620 is a menu of training intensity or level corresponding to the user's different physical conditions. Each training course 620 will have a corresponding evaluation item, which serves as a benchmark for evaluating the results of the training.

In one embodiment, a plurality of training courses 620 are stored in the host 600, and different training courses 620 have different levels. The level of the training course 620 can correspond to the training intensity in each training period, and different levels of training courses 620 will have different pre-set values. The first drive module 131 will set the resistance value of the first rotating part 122 according to the pre-set value of the training course 620. The pre-set value of the training course 620 is shown in Table 1, and the pre-set value of the training course 620 includes the grip resistance value. The controller 136 sets the first rotating part 122 according to the grip resistance value to adjust the resistance value of the first rotating part 122.

For example, the multiple training courses 620 in the host 600 are divided into three levels, level 1 is the mildest training intensity, and level 3 is the most intense training intensity. The default training course level can be level 1. With each training result of the user, the smart interactive sports equipment 10 can dynamically update the next training course to a training course of another level, or maintain the existing training course.

Figure 112105952-A0305-02-0008-2
Figure 112105952-A0305-02-0008-2

In one embodiment, after the smart interactive sports device 10 completes the setting of the pre-set value of the training course 620, the user performs upper limb fitness or rehabilitation, and the motion sensing module 152 continues to generate the first torque output until the user stops the operation. After the user stops the operation, the smart interactive sports device 10 will use the recorded multiple first torque outputs as the user's record data in this training course and evaluate the training results of this time.

In one embodiment, the smart interactive sports device 10 includes multiple levels of evaluation items, and the smart interactive sports device 10 corresponds to the training course 620 according to the level of the evaluation item. For example, if the training course 620 is level 1, the smart interactive sports device 10 needs to use the level 1 evaluation items to evaluate the user's physical performance. The evaluation items are shown in Table 2, and the evaluation items include the first target torque output, the first target number of times, and the target training time.

Figure 112105952-A0305-02-0008-3
Figure 112105952-A0305-02-0008-3

The evaluation items can be used to evaluate the user's physical condition during exercise or fitness. For example, if the first torque output is greater than the first target torque output, it means that the torque that the user can apply to the smart interactive sports equipment 10 is greater than the current level of target torque output, thereby evaluating that the user's fitness or rehabilitation condition is better.

In one embodiment, the controller 136 compares the first torque output of the first rotating part 122 with the first target torque output to obtain the training result of the training course.

In one embodiment, when the user's training time is limited (e.g., 10 minutes or 20 minutes), if the user's accumulated first torque output is greater than the first target torque output for a number greater than the first target number of times within the target training time, the user's muscle strength state can be evaluated to be good, and thus information that the training result is qualified can be output. Conversely, if the user's accumulated first torque output is greater than the first target torque output for a number not greater than the first target number of times within the target training time, the user's muscle strength state can be evaluated to be poor, and thus information that the training result is unqualified can be output.

In another embodiment, without limiting the training time of the user, if the first time the user's first torque output is greater than the first target torque output, the first time the accumulated number is greater than the first target number, and the first time it takes is no greater than the target training time (i.e. the user does not need to spend more time to achieve the goal), then the user's muscle strength state can be evaluated as good, so the training result can be output as qualified information. Conversely, if the first time the user's first torque output is greater than the first target torque output, the first time the accumulated number is greater than the first target number, and the first time it takes is greater than the target training time (i.e. the user needs to spend more time to achieve the goal), then the user's muscle strength state can be evaluated as poor, so the training result can be output as unqualified information.

It is worth mentioning that the level of the training course 620 must correspond to the level of the evaluation items. For example, if the level of the training course 620 is level 1, the smart interactive sports equipment 10 must also be evaluated using level 1 evaluation items to avoid inconsistencies in the difficulty of the training course and the subsequent evaluation of the training results.

In one embodiment, the controller 136 may update the level of the upper limb training course 620 according to the training result. In one embodiment, when the upper limb training result is qualified, the controller 136 will upgrade the level of the upper limb training course 620. For example, if the level of the current training course 620 is level 1, the controller 136 will upgrade the level of the training course 620 to level 2. Conversely, when the training result is unqualified, the controller 136 will lower the level of the training course 620 or maintain the current level. For example, if the level of the current training course 620 is level 2, the controller 136 will lower the level of the training course 620 to level 1. If the level of the current training course 620 is level 1 (the lowest level), the controller 136 will maintain the level of the training course 620 at level 1.

Please refer to FIG. 2 again. The electronic control device 130 includes a display module 700, which is electrically connected or communicatively connected to the electronic control device 130. The display module 700 is used to display the training results of the user after completing the upper limb training course 620. In one embodiment, the training results include a message indicating whether the upper limb training is qualified or unqualified. The display module 700 can be set on the smart interactive sports equipment 10 or on a wall or cabinet at any position that can be easily seen by the user when operating the first motion mechanism 120. As shown in FIG. 1, the display module 700 is set above the first motion mechanism 120, but the present invention is not limited to this. In another embodiment, the smart interactive sports equipment 10 can be connected to the user's electronic device (such as a mobile device, a personal computer or a desktop computer) by wire or wirelessly to transmit the training results to the electronic device for display.

In one embodiment, in addition to the above content, the training course also includes the user using auxiliary equipment to carry out auxiliary courses during the training process. Auxiliary equipment includes electrotherapy equipment, hot and cold compress equipment and vibration equipment (described later). The training course and auxiliary courses can be carried out simultaneously or successively.

In one embodiment, the smart interactive sports equipment 10 includes an electrotherapy device (not shown), which is communicatively connected to the electronic control device 130. The electrotherapy device is used to send an electrical stimulation signal. For example, the user also equips or wears the electrotherapy device while using the smart interactive sports equipment 10. During the user's exercise or rehabilitation training, the electrical stimulation signal of the electrotherapy device stimulates the user's nerves at the same time (it is worth mentioning that the electrotherapy at this stage can be an auxiliary course for the user to use for the next training or rehabilitation after the training results of the previous training course), thereby helping to improve the user's exercise or rehabilitation training effect. Alternatively, the user before or after exercise or rehabilitation training, the electrotherapy device sends out electrical stimulation signals to stimulate the user's body to warm up the body in advance or to cool down the body afterwards.

In one embodiment, the controller 136 instructs the electrotherapy device to adjust the intensity of the electrical stimulation signal according to the training result and decides whether to add, adjust or delete an auxiliary course of the electrotherapy device. The decision to adjust the intensity of the electrical stimulation signal is related to whether the training result is qualified. For example, if the training result is unqualified, the controller 136 generates a 5-minute auxiliary course of low-intensity electrotherapy and displays the information of the auxiliary course on the display module 700, so that the user can perform electrotherapy before or at the same time as the next training course.

In one embodiment, the smart interactive sports equipment 10 includes a hot and cold compress device (not shown), which is communicatively connected to the electronic control device 130. The hot and cold compress device is used to emit heat energy or cold energy. For example, the user is equipped with the hot and cold compress device while using the smart interactive sports equipment 10. During the user's exercise or rehabilitation training, the hot and cold compress device simultaneously emits heat energy or cold energy to assist the user's exercise or rehabilitation training effect. Alternatively, before or after exercise or rehabilitation training, the user receives heat energy or cold energy emitted by the hot and cold compress device to warm up the user's body in advance or relieve the user's excessive body temperature afterwards, to warm up the body in advance or to relieve the body afterwards. In one embodiment, the controller 136 instructs the hot and cold compress device to adjust the intensity of heat or cold energy according to the training results and decides whether to add, adjust or delete an auxiliary course of the hot and cold compress device. The decision to adjust the intensity of heat or cold energy is related to whether the training result is qualified. For example, if the training result is unqualified, the controller 136 immediately generates an auxiliary course of 5 minutes of hot compress and 5 minutes of rest, which is repeated 3 times in total, and displays the information of the auxiliary course on the display module 700, so that the user can immediately perform hot compress.

In one embodiment, the smart interactive sports equipment 10 includes a vibration device (not shown), which is communicatively connected to the electronic control device 130. The vibration device is used to emit a vibration. For example, the user is equipped with the vibration device while using the smart interactive sports equipment 10. During the user's exercise or rehabilitation training, the vibration device simultaneously emits vibrations to assist the user's exercise or rehabilitation training effect. Alternatively, the user receives vibrations from the vibration device before or after exercise or rehabilitation training to achieve pre-warm-up or post-relaxation of the body state.

In one embodiment, the controller 136 instructs the vibration device to adjust the intensity and/or frequency of the vibration according to the training results and decides whether to add, adjust or delete an auxiliary course of the vibration device. The decision to adjust the intensity and/or frequency of the vibration is related to whether the training result is qualified. For example, if the training result is unqualified, the controller 136 immediately generates a 10-minute auxiliary course of vibrating muscles and displays the information of the auxiliary course on the display module 700.

It is worth mentioning that the conductive patch of the electrotherapy device, the hot and cold compress patch of the hot and cold compress device, and the vibration patch of the vibration device in this case are not limited to where the device is installed on the user's body. The user can adjust the device to any part of the body according to actual needs.

Please refer to FIG. 3, which is a schematic diagram of a smart interactive sports equipment disclosed in this case according to an embodiment. The smart interactive sports equipment 20 includes a main body 110, a first motion mechanism 120, a second motion mechanism 140 and an electronic control device 160. Compared with FIG. 1, the smart interactive sports equipment 20 of FIG. 3 further includes a second motion mechanism 140. The second motion mechanism 140 is a mechanism for training lower limbs.

In one embodiment, the second motion mechanism 140 is disposed on the main body 110 and includes a second rotating part 142, a second crank 144 and a pedal 146. One end of the second crank 144 is connected to the pedal 146, and the other end is connected to the second rotating part 142. When the user sits on the chair and places both feet on the pedal 146 to perform lower limb fitness or rehabilitation, the pedal 146 drives the second crank 144 to rotate the second rotating part 142.

In one embodiment, the motion sensing module 152 can be set at any position on the main body 110 that can receive the torque value of the second rotating part 142.

In one embodiment, the second rotating part 142 is a transmission component including a gear and a chain.

Please refer to FIG. 4, which is a block diagram of an electronic control device and related operating modules disposed in a smart interactive sports device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The electronic control device 160 includes a first drive module 161, a second drive module 162, a communication module 164, and a controller 166. The controller 166 couples the first drive module 161, the second drive module 162, and the communication module 164. In one embodiment, the smart interactive sports device 20 of FIG. 3 includes a motion sensing module 152. The motion sensing module 152 is disposed on the main body 110 of the smart interactive sports device 20 and is electrically connected or communicatively connected to the electronic control device 160. The first drive module 161, the communication module 164 and the controller 166 have the same functions as the first drive module 131, the communication module 134 and the controller 136 in FIG. 2 , and therefore will not be repeated here.

In one embodiment, the second driving module 162 is connected to the second rotating part 142 to adjust the resistance value of the second rotating part 142. For example, if the second driving module 162 increases the resistance value of the second rotating part 142, when the user's feet are placed on the pedal 146 for rotating operation, the feet need to apply more force to rotate the second rotating part 142, and vice versa.

In one embodiment, the motion sensing module 152 is used to sense the second torque output generated by the second rotating part 142 driven by the pedal 146 and the second crank 144. Specifically, the motion sensing module 152 senses a plurality of torque values of the second rotating part 142 at different angles during one rotation of the second rotating part 142, and calculates the average value of the plurality of torque values as the second torque output. The calculation method of the second torque output is similar to the calculation method of the first torque output, and will not be repeated here.

In one embodiment, the second drive module 132 sets the resistance value of the second rotating part 142 according to the pre-set value of the training course 620. The pre-set value of the training course 620 is shown in Table 3, and the pre-set value of the training course 620 includes a grip resistance value and a pedal resistance value. The controller 166 sets the second drive module 162 according to the pedal resistance value to adjust the resistance value of the second drive module 162. The description of the grip resistance value is as described above and will not be repeated here.

Figure 112105952-A0305-02-0014-4
Figure 112105952-A0305-02-0014-4

In one embodiment, after the smart interactive sports device 20 completes the setting of the pre-set value of the training course 620, the user performs lower limb fitness or rehabilitation, and the motion sensing module 152 continues to generate the second torque output until the user stops the operation. After the user stops the operation, the smart interactive sports device 20 will use the recorded multiple second torque outputs as the user's record data in this training course and evaluate the training results of this time.

The smart interactive sports equipment 20 can use evaluation items to evaluate the training results of this training course 620. The evaluation items are shown in Table 4, and the evaluation items include the first target torque output, the first target number of times, the second target torque output, the second target number of times, and the target training time.

Figure 112105952-A0305-02-0014-6
Figure 112105952-A0305-02-0014-6

The evaluation items can be used to evaluate the user's physical condition during exercise or fitness. For example, if the second torque output is greater than the second target torque output, it means that the torque that the user can apply to the smart interactive sports equipment 20 is greater, so the user's fitness or rehabilitation condition can be evaluated to be better.

In one embodiment, the controller 166 compares the second torque output of the second rotating part 142 with the second target torque output to obtain the training result of the training course 620.

In one embodiment, when the user's training time is limited, if the user's accumulated second torque output is greater than the second target torque output for a second time greater than the second target time within the target training time, it can be evaluated that the user's muscle strength is good, so the training result can be output as qualified information. Conversely, if the user's accumulated second torque output is greater than the second target torque output for a second time not greater than the second target time within the target training time, it can be evaluated that the user's muscle strength is not good, so the training result can be output as unqualified information.

In another embodiment, without limiting the user's training time, if the user's second torque output is greater than the second target torque output, the accumulated second number is greater than the second target number, and the second time required is not greater than the target training time (i.e., the user does not need to spend more time to achieve the goal), the user's muscle strength state can be evaluated as good, so the training result can be output as qualified information. Conversely, if the user's second torque output is greater than the second target torque output, the accumulated second number is greater than the second target number, and the second time required is greater than the target training time (i.e., the user needs to spend more time to achieve the goal), the user's muscle strength state can be evaluated as poor, so the training result can be output as unqualified information.

In one embodiment, the controller 166 may update the level of the lower limb training course 620 according to the training results. In one embodiment, when the lower limb training results are qualified, the controller 166 will upgrade the level of the lower limb training course 620. For example, if the level of the current training course 620 is level 1, the controller 166 will upgrade the level of the training course 620 to level 2. Conversely, when the training results are unqualified, the controller 166 will lower the level of the training course 620 or maintain the current level. For example, if the level of the current training course 620 is level 2, the controller 166 will lower the level of the training course 620 to level 1. If the level of the current training course 620 is level 1 (the lowest level), the controller 166 will maintain the level of the training course 620 at level 1.

In another embodiment, the design of the smart interactive sports equipment can also be designed to be used only for lower limb exercise or rehabilitation, but not upper limb exercise or rehabilitation. The smart interactive sports equipment (not shown) of this embodiment includes a main body, a second motion mechanism and an electronic control device. The operation of the smart interactive sports equipment of this embodiment is similar to the operation associated with the second motion mechanism in the smart interactive sports equipment 20, and the similar or identical functions are as described above, so they will not be repeated. For example, the smart interactive sports equipment 10 of FIG. 1 can be a device for training lower limbs, and the first motion mechanism 120 in this embodiment can be replaced by the second motion mechanism 140 and controlled by the second drive module 162 of the electronic control device 160.

Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 again. In one embodiment, the smart interactive sports equipment 10 includes a physiological sensing module 154, which is disposed on the main body 110 of the smart interactive sports equipment 10 (not shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3). In one embodiment, the physiological sensing module 154 can be disposed on the handle 126 of FIG. 1 and the pedal 146 of FIG. 3 to sense the user's physiological characteristics. In another embodiment, the physiological sensing module 154 can be a personal wearable device of the user and is electrically connected or communicatively connected to the electronic control device 130 or the electronic control device 160 (hereinafter, the electronic control device 130 is used for explanation. It should be understood that the electronic control device 160 can also perform the same function of the electronic control device 130). The physiological sensing module 154 is used to detect the user's physiological characteristics and generate physiological characteristic values. The physiological sensing module 154 can be a combination of one or more of a heart rate sensor, a blood pressure sensor, a blood oxygen sensor or a breathing sensor. In another embodiment, the physiological characteristic value can be realized by image recognition technology, such as measuring the user's heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen or breathing physiological characteristic values through face recognition.

During the user's exercise or rehabilitation training, the electronic control device 130 will continuously receive the user's physiological characteristic values through the physiological sensing module 154 and evaluate the user's physiological state based on the physiological characteristic values.

In one embodiment, the evaluation items are shown in Table 5, and the evaluation items include the exercise target level, the third target number of times, and the target training time. The exercise target level is used as a benchmark for evaluating the user's physiological characteristic value.

Figure 112105952-A0305-02-0017-7
Figure 112105952-A0305-02-0017-7

After the user completes a training course 620 (for example, upper limb exercise lasting 30 minutes), the electronic control device 130 will analyze the physiological characteristic values obtained during this training time.

In one embodiment, the controller 136 counts the third target number of times during the training period that the physiological characteristic value is not less than the exercise target level. For example, the exercise target level defines the heart rate value as 130 beats per minute (bpm). The controller 136 compares the user's heart rate value per minute (hereinafter referred to as heart rate value), and counts 1 time when it is greater than 100 beats per minute, and counts the total number of times (the third number) that the user's multiple heart rate values within 30 minutes are greater than the exercise target level (i.e., 130 beats).

In one embodiment, when the user's accumulated physiological characteristic value is not less than the exercise target level for the third time and not more than the third target number of times within the target training time, the controller 136 will output the training result as a low-intensity exercise state. When the user's accumulated physiological characteristic value is not less than the exercise target level for the third time and is greater than the third target number of times within the target training time, the controller 136 will output the training result as a high-intensity exercise state. The third target number of times is, for example, 20 times. For example, if the total number of times the user's heart rate value is greater than 130 beats per minute on average exceeds 20 times within 30 minutes, it means that the user's heart rate value has been greatly increased during exercise and maintained for a period of time, and the controller 136 will output the training result as a high-intensity exercise state. If the total number of heart rate values of the user that are greater than 130 beats per minute on average within 30 minutes does not exceed 20 times, it means that the user is not serious about exercise or the intensity of the training course 620 is too low for the user, and the controller 136 will output the training result as a low-intensity exercise state.

The training result can be used to adjust the difficulty of the user's next training course 620 to provide the user with a more suitable intensity of training. In one embodiment, when the training result is a low-intensity exercise state, the controller 136 will increase the level of the training course 620 to increase the user's training benefits. On the other hand, when the training result is a high-intensity exercise state, the controller 136 will maintain the level of the training course 620 to avoid the next difficulty being too heavy a burden on the user.

In some cases, the training course may be too intense for the user, so the smart interactive sports device 10 needs to evaluate the intensity of the current training course 620 relative to the user, so as to avoid the training course 620 being too difficult and causing danger to the user.

In one embodiment, the evaluation items are shown in Table 6, and the evaluation items include the exercise risk level, the fourth target number of times, and the target training time. The exercise risk level is used as a benchmark for evaluating whether the current training course 620 puts too much pressure on the user's body through the user's physiological characteristic value. In this embodiment, the exercise risk level will be higher than the exercise target level, that is, even if the user's fitness or rehabilitation status reaches the exercise target level, it may still be lower than the exercise risk level; but if the user's fitness or rehabilitation status reaches the exercise risk level, it must be higher than the exercise target level.

Figure 112105952-A0305-02-0018-9

In one embodiment, the controller 136 counts the fourth number of times that the user's physiological characteristic value is not less than the sports danger level. When the user is training, the controller 136 determines whether the user's physiological characteristic value is greater than the sports danger level, counts once when the physiological characteristic value is greater than the sports danger level, and accumulates the fourth number within the target training time. When the user's physiological characteristic value is not less than the sports danger level for the fourth number of times within the target training time, but not greater than the fourth target number of times and greater than the third target number of times, the controller 136 outputs the training result as a safe exercise state. When the user's accumulated physiological characteristic value is not less than the fourth number of times of the dangerous exercise level within the target training time and is greater than the fourth target number of times, the controller 136 will output the training result as a dangerous exercise state. The fourth target number of times is, for example, 30 times. For example, if the total number of times the user's average heart rate value is greater than 200 beats per minute within 30 minutes exceeds 30 times, it means that the user maintains a high heart rate value for too long during exercise, and the controller 136 will output the training result as a dangerous exercise state. If the total number of heart rate values of the user with an average of more than 200 beats per minute does not exceed 30 times within 30 minutes and the total number of heart rate values with an average of more than 130 beats per minute is higher than 20 times, it means that the user's physical condition is still within the tolerable range, and the controller 136 will output the training result as a safe exercise state.

If the smart interactive sports equipment 10 evaluates the user's training result as a dangerous sports state, it is necessary to immediately feedback information to relevant personnel (such as a coach or doctor). In one embodiment, when the training result is a dangerous sports state, the controller 136 will generate a warning message and send the warning message to an electronic device (not shown) through the communication module 134 to notify the relevant personnel. When the training result is a safe sports state, the controller 136 will not generate a warning signal, indicating that the current situation does not require special notification to relevant personnel.

In one embodiment, the content and related parameters of the multiple training courses 620 of the host 600 can be set by a coach or doctor (or a physical therapist). In this way, the smart interactive sports equipment 10 and 20 can automatically update the training courses 620 through the communication modules 134 and 164, without the need for the coach or doctor (physical therapist) to set them on site.

In one embodiment, the first drive module 131, 161 and the second drive module 162 are an electric motor. Taking the first drive module 131 as an example, the output shaft of the electric motor is connected to the center of the gear of the first rotating part to control the rotation resistance of the gear when it is driven by the handle 126 and the first crank 124.

In one embodiment, the motion sensing module 152 is a torque sensor.
