Abstract

A buckle safety device, the buckle includes a first base, a front end of a handle is hinged to the first base, a buckle rod is hinged to the handle, and a mounting portion is provided at the rear end of the handle; a second base is provided with a hook, and the buckle rod can be buckled in the hook. Description

Buckle safety device

The present invention relates to a fastener, more specifically to a buckle.

Buckles are often used to fasten two parts tightly together.

A typical buckle is shown in the patent case CN211996908. Its structure generally includes a first fixing seat and a second fixing seat. The first fixing seat is fixed on one component, and the second fixing seat is fixed on another component. The first fixing seat is connected to a rotating rod by a rotating shaft, and the rotating rod is connected to a hook ring. A hook groove plate is provided on the second fixing seat. The rotating rod is manually operated to rotate in the direction of the second fixing seat, and the hook ring is placed in the groove of the groove plate. Then, the rotating rod is pressed down in the direction of the first fixing seat until it is stably tightened. The rotating rod of this typical buckle is easily pushed upward, and its tightening stability is poor.

Another typical buckle is shown in the CN216975414U patent, and its structure generally includes a mounting base and a hook. The mounting base is fixed to one component, and the hook is fixed to another component. The mounting base is hinged to a handle, and the handle is connected to the buckle by a rotating drum. The buckle is hooked to the hook, the handle is pressed down in the direction of the mounting base, and a pin is inserted into the mounting base to fix the handle. Conversely, the pin is removed and the handle is turned upward to disengage the buckle from the hook. This typical buckle uses a pin to fix the handle, which is inconvenient to use.

In order to solve the problem of how to fix the handle on the buckle, the present invention proposes a safety device that is easy to operate and can stabilize the handle.

The efficacy of this invention:

The buckle rod buckles the bent hook, and the handle is pressed toward the first base until the hook member hooks the hook groove, and the handle is locked on the first base. Move the switch backward, drive the buckle hook backward, the hook member disengages from the hook groove, and the handle is unlocked.

When the handle is pressed down, the hook automatically hooks into the hook groove, and the handle is locked. Conversely, the lock can be released by operating the index finger and thumb, so that the handle can be hinged and moved. The safety device is easy to operate and use.

Most of the components of the safety device are hidden inside the handle, with only the switch exposed on the handle. The overall structure is simple and does not occupy the external space of the buckle.

In order to facilitate the explanation of the central idea of the present invention in the above invention content column, it is expressed by a specific embodiment. As shown in FIG1 , the buckle of the present invention is made of metal in all its components. It includes a first base 11, which is pre-set with a plurality of countersunk holes 12, and is fixed to a component (not shown) by a plurality of screws (not shown). A hinge plate 13 is vertically arranged on each of the two pairs of side edges of the first base 11, and a handle 25 is hinged between the two hinge plates 13. The handle 25 is also hinged to a rotating shaft 17, and a bolt hole 18 is radially opened through the rotating shaft 17, and the bolt hole 18 is threadedly connected to an adjustment bolt 21 of a buckle rod 20. The handle 25 is provided with a pull portion 26 for the user's finger to touch in order to operate the handle 25. The handle 25 is provided with a mounting portion 27 adjacent to the pull portion 26. A second base 14 is pre-set with several countersunk holes 15, which are fixed to another component (not shown) by several screws (not shown). The second base 14 is provided with a curved hook 16, and the buckle rod 20 can be buckled in the curved hook 16.

As shown in Figures 1 to 6, the present invention also includes a safety device 40 disposed on the mounting portion 27. All components of the safety device 40 are made of metal, including: a mounting hole 41, a switch cover 42, a buckle 43, a switch 44, a spring 45, and a hook seat 46.

The mounting hole 41 passes through the mounting portion 27 and is a rectangular hole.

The switch cover 42 is in the form of a plate and is disposed on the mounting portion 27. The switch cover 42 is provided with an opening 421, and the opening 421 corresponds to the mounting hole 41. A positioning groove 422 is provided on each of the two pairs of sides of the opening 421.

The buckle hook 43 is disposed on the bottom surface of the mounting portion 27. The buckle hook 43 includes a base 431, the base 431 contacts the bottom surface of the mounting portion 27, and the base 431 is provided with two connecting holes 432, and the positions of the two connecting holes 432 correspond to the mounting hole 41. A stopper 433 is disposed upward at the front end of the base 431, and the stopper 433 extends into the mounting hole 41. Two hooks 434 are disposed downward at two pairs of sides of the base 431, and the two hooks 434 have arc bottoms 435.

The switch 44 is provided with a finger contact surface 441, two positioning parts 443 extending downward in parallel from two pairs of sides of the switch 44, and the two positioning parts 443 further extend downward to form two connecting parts 444. The switch 44 is arranged on the upper surface of the switch cover 42, and the two positioning parts 443 are penetrated through the two positioning grooves 422 of the switch cover 42, and the two connecting parts 444 pass through the mounting hole 41 and then through the two connecting holes 432, and the two connecting parts 444 are folded relative to each other under the base 431 to support the bottom surface of the base 431. The switch 44 and the switch cover 42 are on the mounting part 27 and can move back and forth along the front and rear directions of the buckle (such as arrows A and B in Figure 1).

The spring 45 is disposed in the mounting hole 41. One end of the spring 45 abuts against the stopper 433, and the other end abuts against the end wall of the mounting hole 41.

The hook seat 46 is a plate member disposed at the rear end of the first base 11 and bent upward. The hook seat 46 provides two hook grooves 461 for the two hook members 434 of the buckle 43 to hook.

As shown in Figures 7 and 8, the buckle rod 20 is hooked to the bent hook 16, and the handle 25 is pressed down toward the first base 11. When the arc bottom 435 of the hook member 434 contacts the hook seat 46, the buckle hook 43 is pushed backward, and the buckle hook 43 compresses the spring 45 with the blocking portion 433. The buckle hook 43 drives the switch 44 to move backward, and the switch 44 links the switch cover 42. Finally, the two hooks 434 enter the hook groove 461, and the spring 45 releases energy, driving the buckle 43, the switch 44 and the switch cover 42 to move forward and reset. Accordingly, the handle 25 is fixed on the first base 11, realizing the buckle lock, and maintaining the tight relationship between the buckle rod 20 and the hook 16.

As shown in Figures 9 and 10, the user holds the pull portion 26 of the flip handle 25 with the index finger, presses the finger contact surface 441 of the switch 44 with the thumb, and then pushes the switch 44 backward. The switch 44 simultaneously drives the switch cover 42 and the buckle 43 to move backward, the blocking portion 433 compresses the spring 45, and the hook 434 disengages from the hook groove 461, releasing the buckle lock, and the flip handle 25 is hinged and movable, so that the buckle rod 20 is disengaged from the bent hook 16.

Claims (4)

A buckle safety device comprises a first base fixed to a component; two pairs of side edges of the first base are hinged to the front end of a handle; the handle is hinged to a buckle rod; the rear end of the handle is provided with a pull portion and a mounting portion; a second base is fixed to another component, the second base is provided with a curved hook, and the buckle rod can be buckled in the curved hook; the feature is that the mounting portion is provided with a safety device, the safety device comprises: a switch, which is provided on the mounting portion and can move back and forth in a preset forward and backward direction; a buckle hook, which is provided under the mounting portion and is connected and fixed on the switch; the buckle includes two hooks; a spring is arranged in the mounting part, compressed by the backward movement of the switch and the buckle, and drives the switch and the buckle to move forward and reset when releasing energy; a hook seat is arranged on the first base, including two hook grooves that can be hooked by the two hooks; the buckle rod is buckled in the bent hook, and the lifting handle is pressed toward the first base until the hook hooks the hook groove, and the lifting handle is locked on the first base; the switch is moved backward, driving the buckle to move backward, the hook is disengaged from the hook groove, and the lifting handle is unlocked.
