U35532 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關於-種直排錄H種結合可單向停止轉動裝置及 緩衝裝置’使直排錄於滑行時具有極佳之煞車效用及形成更有力之加速 支點’以達到更符合人體J1學、避免運動傷害及更具舒適性之直排輪鞋改 良結構。 【先前技術】 直排輪是一種全世界新興的滑輪運動,至今已發展出多種模式種類, 主要有休閒、花式、越野、特技及競速等五種款式,除越野及競速之直排 輪鞋因速度要求及使用於特殊場所而創造出較特殊構造,須經過特殊和長 久的使用訓練才能運用得當外,由於其構造及功能雷同於休間式直排輪 鞋’故不加贅述,以下僅針對休閒、特技及花式直排輪鞋做說明。 首先,就休閒式直排輪鞋來說,其結構包括有一鞋艟、鞋體下方的底 座及樞設於該底座中之複數滾輪,其構埤不具有前煞車頭,當左腳滑行時, 須靠右腳以與滑行方向稍偏角度向後壓地後頂,才得一左腳向前推進的力 量,而因休閒式.直排輪鞋的輪子較大,且排列跨距較長,如此雙腳交互偏 頂支撐之推進滑行動作長久下來相當費力,且有違人體工學,此乃休閒式 直排輪鞋之缺點一;又休間式直排輪释無法提供有效的煞車配置,有些廠 牌雖在其輪鞋後方加置後煞車頭,當要煞車時,需在滑行狀態下用力頂起 腳板’使位於腳跟後之後煞車頭下壓與地面產生摩擦阻力,而得一些微之 煞車效果’但此煞車效果相當差,且Jtb煞車動作也完全違反人體i學,此 乃休間式直排輪鞋之缺點二;再者,該後煞車頭裝置容易造成滑輪者換腳 滑行或轉彎滑行(前、後剪冰)時雙腳互相卡撞而絆倒,此為休閒式直排輪 鞋之缺點三;故絕大多數使用者都將該後煞車頭裝置自行拆下,使該煞車 5 1335832 裝置形同虛設。 再者’就花式直排餘來說’係於休赋直排輪鞋之第—雜的位置 設置-前煞車頭’並將原本之全部雜制、—靠排置於财煞車頭之 直排輪鞋不需煞車裝置,其實穿著特技式直排輪鞋滑輪而摔倒幾乎隨時上 演,甚者造成嚴重意外傷害。 縱上所述,現有之各式直排輪鞋本身皆無法提供一種有效且安全之煞 車裝置,而特殊之煞車技法側身雙腳τ字煞車,乃是於行進間突然侧身叉 開雙腳,使其雙腳與滑行方向成9Q度角而得煞車功效,但此技法需經長久 練習才能稍有成效,若稍有不慎容易摔倒而造成擦'撞、扭傷等意外傷害, 且不符合人體工學,除了直排輪鞋本身易磨損外,而且該τ字煞車技法並 不是在所有的場地都能夠實施.場地稍滑或太澀友稍有凹凸不平便容易摔 倒。因此,如何針對直排輪鞋之煞車裝置加以改良,.立一併解決其操作不 便及極易導致運動傷害之缺失問題,誠是業界或有志之士應再努力突破之 重要課題。 鑒於前述直排輪鞋其使用上之缺點尽其結構設計上未臻理想之事貪, 本案發明人基於長年從事此項運動及業務之經驗,即著手研發構思其解決 方案,希望能開發出一種吏符合人體工學'避免運動傷害,又能避震並増 加多重煞車,以及提供更有力之加速,和能隨時自動扶正避免摔倒之具積 極性安全、舒適功能之直排輪鞋,以服務杜會大眾及促進此業之發展,遂 經多時之構思而有本發明之產生。 6 f發明内容】 工學提供-種直排輪鞋改良結構’其能以符合人體 輕或避免__
