Изобретение относитс к медицине, точнее к разделу офтальмохирургии, и предназначено дл проведени кератопластики. Целью изобретени вл етс снижение послеоперационных осложнений. При проведении кератопластики при утолщенных бельмах роговицы трансплантат выкраивают с косой поверхностью среза путем подведени роговицы донора к режущей кромке инструмента под углом, определ емым толщиной бельма. 3 ил.The invention relates to medicine, more specifically to the section of ophthalmic surgery, and is intended for performing keratoplasty. Пример. Больна Ж-ва, 13 лет. Находилась на стационарном лечении по поводу тотального васкул ризированного бельма роговой оболочки правого глаза. Операци кератопластики проведена 12.08.84 г. Трепаном 6,5 мм произведена сквозна трепанаци бельма. Толщина бельма 1,2 мм. Донорское глазное блоко помещено в фиксирующий зажим, как показано на фиг. 1.
