Abstract

E-CALENDARING SYSTEM AND METHOD An electronic calendaring system for providing electronic calendaring services via a communication network is provided. The system comprises a plurality of main users registered to the electronic calendaring services, an electronic calendar (e-calendar) hosted by each main user for managing schedules, at least one shared user accessible to the e-calendar of one of the main users based on an access right assigned by the main user, a plurality of timetables for importing to the e-calendar partially or fully as schedules of the main user. The schedules of the main user are selectable for exporting and the exported schedules are importable to another e-calendar of other main users; and the schedules are configurable to provide reminders/alerts to the main user.
