Abstract

The proposed utility model relates to children's entertainment and is used by them in the gameplay, simulating, for example, horseback riding on exotic animals. The swinging projectile contains arcuate runners adjacent to each other over a greater width, forming a curved area in contact with the surface. The unified part of the platform runners is removable and serves as the basis for the composite object of the form, which is adapted for sitting on it with the possibility of swinging. Description

Technical field

The proposed utility model relates mainly to children's entertainment and is used by children in the game process, simulating, for example, horseback riding on exotic animals, riding motorcycles, all kinds of sporting events, and can also be used in theater or circus as movable decorations.

State of the art

A children's rocking toy is known from the prior art (see TW201707758, class A63G13 / 06, publ. 2017 [1]).

The well-known rocking toy [1] consists of elements connected in series to each other, forming a structure with a curved base and a landing part made in the form of an animal or a car.

The specified landing part is made and located so that when a child is on it, it is possible to simulate riding or riding a car by swinging a toy, due to the curved surface of its base.

This rocking toy [1] is endowed with educational and entertaining functions.

The interconnected elements, according to the plan, are made of a sufficiently soft and light material, which increases safety when children use the toy, however, it does not provide sufficient strength and rigidity necessary for successful and long-term operation.

A children's rocking toy is known from the prior art (see TWM417177, class A63G13 / 06, publ. 2011 [2]).

This toy contains a composite base, made arcuate, and a composite landing object, the shape of which forms the contour of the animal, which allows you to swing the resulting design.

The indicated base and landing object are made up of elements successively stacked on each other, forming layered structures.

The connecting elements used in the known construction [2] are sheets of compressed paper, connected in layers between themselves and contoured to obtain a certain shape.

The disadvantage of this product for children can be considered a high level of fire hazard, since the toy is made of flammable material, as well as insufficient structural stability when the child swings it, because its base is not solid, but in the form of two runners located on the sides attached to the landing object in end places.

The closest analogue of the proposed utility model should be considered a rocking shell (CN203342352, class A47C5 / 00, publ. 2013 [3]).

Known swinging projectile contains adjacent to each other over a greater width of an arcuate skids that form a curved area in contact with the surface.

The design of this product is not unified and does not provide for the technical possibility of replacing one landing object with another, for example, replacing a horse figure with a bear figure.

The technical problem (task) of the proposed utility model is the creation of a unified universal swinging projectile with the possibility of transformation and high technical and operational performance.

The technical result of the proposed utility model is the implementation of the purpose of the utility model, which consists in the creation of a universal swinging projectile, endowed with the ability to replace its current landing part with a landing part of a different shape and possessing objectively manifesting improved indicators of strength and stiffness.

The desired technical result that solves the specified technical problem (task) is achieved as a result of the fact that the swinging projectile contains arcuate runners adjacent to each other over a larger width, forming a curved platform in contact with the surface, while part of the runners is removable and serves as the basis for the composite object shape, which is adapted to sit on it with the possibility of swing.

According to the most preferred embodiment of the utility model, the composite object is in the form of an animal.

According to one particular embodiment of the utility model, the composite object is executed in the form of a vehicle.

According to one possible embodiment of the utility model, a composite object is executed in the form of a tree.

In one of the proposed versions of the utility model, the composite object is in the form of an attraction with a seat.

In one particular embodiment of the utility model, the composite object is in the form of a piece of furniture.

At the same time, the proposed constructional design of the swinging projectile has high technical and operational performance, since the connection of the arcuate runners realizing the projectile rolling as such is carried out over their greater width with the formation, as a result, of a strong and rigid thick-walled platform directly in contact with the outside with which any supporting surface.

It is also important to note that the base of any composite object uses a removable portion of the runners (for example, several runners), which provides high resistance to fracture and increased resistance to deformation, since the load when the projectile rolls is conditionally distributed over almost the entire curved platform, which inevitably increases the level of strength and rigidity.

And so, summarizing it can be argued that the execution of the site in the form of runners adjacent to each other over a larger width with the execution of part of the runners removable and serving as the basis for the landing part (composite object), the configuration of which is designed for sitting or rocking the projectile gives it high strength and stiffness.

Thus, as a result of the fact that the arcuate runners adjacent to each other over a larger width form a curved platform necessary for rolling and in contact with the supporting surface, and also as a result of the fact that part of the runners of the platform is removable and serves as the basis for the composite object, the shape and configuration, which is adapted for sitting on it with the ability to swing - provides the creation of a universal swinging projectile, endowed with the ability to replace its current landing part with a landing part of a different form and possessing at the same time objectively manifested improved indicators of strength and stiffness.

The indicated features of the proposed swinging shell form a set of essential features necessary to achieve a given technical result, which allows us to solve the indicated technical problem of creating a unified universal swinging shell with the possibility of transformation and high technical and operational performance.

Utility Model Implementation

The proposed utility model is illustrated by a specific implementation example and a specific implementation option, which, however, are not the only possible, but clearly demonstrate the achievement of a specified technical problem and the achievement of a given technical result by the set of essential features.

In FIG. 1-3 presents the following parts and elements of the proposed swinging projectile:

3 - curved platform;

4 - a unified part of removable runners;

5 - a composite object in the shape of a camel;

The proposed swinging projectile comprises arcuate runners 1 adjacent to each other over a greater width, which, when assembled, form a curved platform 3 in contact with a surface.

Due to the fact that the platform 3 is made curved, the projectile is rolling, transmitted through the movement of a child located directly on a composite object made in the form of a camel 5 or a motorcycle 6.

Part of the runners 4 of the curved platform 3 is unified and removable, and also serves as the basis for composite objects 5, the shape of which is adapted for sitting on them with the possibility of swinging.

The part of the runners 4 made unified means that it is possible to repeatedly replace this part with the same part, which will serve as the basis for a composite object of a different shape, for example, the shape of an exotic animal (monkey, giraffe, kangaroo, camel, etc.), a tree or piece of furniture.

One of the ends of the curved platform 3 has a locking portion 7, which prevents the swinging projectile from turning over.

In the proposed embodiment, the arcuate runners are connected and pulled together by means of tightening fasteners 2.

The proposed rocking projectile can be implemented as follows.

The swinging projectile in assembled form is placed on a flat surface (supporting surface), for example, a soft coating intended for a children's play area.

A child who is on a composite object, for example, made in the form of a camel 5 in a playful manner imitates riding by performing swinging movements, thereby leading the projectile, as a result of its platform 3, made curved into a swinging position.

To change the gameplay, it is possible to repeatedly replace part of the runners 4 with another same unified part, which however will serve as the basis for a composite object of a different shape and configuration, for this it is necessary to disassemble the structure by removing the fastening fasteners 2, replace one unified part 4 of the runners 1 to another same unified part 4 of the runners 1, a composite object, which will be of a different shape and then to fix and pull back the resulting structure with the same Givana fasteners 2.

Thus, the proposed swinging projectile is unified, with the possibility of transformation, which consists in changing the landing part of one shape and configuration to the landing part of another shape and configuration, which contributes to the further development of the game process and increase interest in it from children.

In addition, and as already mentioned above, according to the concept of the utility model, the design of the proposed swinging projectile, in particular, due to the execution of the curved platform 3 thick-walled, due to the fact that the load during the rolling of the projectile is conditionally distributed over almost the entire curved platform 3, is strong and tough, which ensures its reliable long-term and successful use by a child who, in addition to the appearance of increased interest in the game process, coordination and motor skills will further develop.

The technical result, which consists in increasing the rigidity and strength of the resulting structure, is objectively manifested in the creation and use of the utility model, therefore, it is inevitably taken into account by a specialist and is recognized as related to the technical result, which consists in creating a unified swinging projectile with the possibility of transformation.

Thus, the technical problem (task) to be solved and, accordingly, the technical result indicated, are achieved thanks to the formulated set of essential features, which is presented graphically below:

- swinging projectile contains adjacent to each other over a greater width of the arcuate runners 1, forming a curved platform 3 in contact with the surface;

- the unified part of the runners 4 of the curved platform 3 is removable and serves as the basis for the composite object 5, 6 shape, which is adapted (adapted) to sit on it with the possibility of swinging.

The proposed swinging projectile will mainly find successful application in the field of children's games and entertainment, but can also be used, for example, as moving parts of scenery in a theater or circus.
