Abstract

A method of utilizing oily water from pyrolytic processes of processing waste (including RDF) rich in polyolefins into liquid fuel and chemical components, during which a water-oil emulsion is produced with a share of at least 10% m/m of light hydrocarbon fractions and a share of up to 1% m/m of surfactant, wherein the emulsion is fed together with air through a nozzle into the flame core of a burner fueled with natural gas or LPG.
