Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ergonomiczne krzesło ewakuacyjne przeznaczone do transportu osób po schodach w górę i w dół oraz po podłożu poziomym, posiadające ramę główną, ramę podparcia, koła tylne, skrętne koła przednie, podnóżek, płozy, ramę siedziska z siedziskiem, podłokietniki i zagłówek, gdzie rama główna krzesła połączona jest teleskopowo z uchwytem głównym a uchwyt siedziska jest ergonomicznie wygięty. Krzesło charakteryzuje się tym, że wyposażone jest w regulujący prędkość sterownik (17) ze źródłem zasilania (23) przy czym kąt nachylenia α głównej ramy krzesła (16) wraz z ramą oparcia (1) względem płoz wpływa na zmianę kąta nachylenia pomiędzy krzesłem a schodami ma regulację w zakresie 16 do 20° i regulowany jest przez ramię przegubu blokady płoz (9) gdzie w jednym z jej otworów osadzony jest uchwyt blokady płoz (10) przy czym płoza (6) wyposażona jest w regulację napięcia pasa jezdnego zębatego (7) wyposażonego w amortyzującą nakładkę i napinacz pasa jezdnego (8). Źródło zasilania (23) stanowi bezszczotkowy silnik prądu stałego z przekładnią, zasilany baterią litowo-jonową, który poprzez wał przenosi napęd na koła pasowe zębate, umieszczone w dolnej części płoz (6) jezdnych. Ramię przegubu blokady płoz (9) ma nie mniej niż trzy otwory regulacyjne, które zmieniają kąt nachylenia α uchwytu blokady płoz (10) względem schodów. Korzystnie pas jezdny zębaty (7) wyposażony jest w gumową nakładkę lub z kauczuku naturalnego albo poliuretanu. Płoza (6) wyposażona jest w uchwyt ze sprężyną gazową (11). Rama oparcia (1) w górnej poziomej środkowej części ma zamocowany sterownik (17) korzystnie zasilany baterią (23).The subject of the application is an ergonomic evacuation chair intended for transporting people up and down stairs and on a horizontal surface, having a main frame, a support frame, rear wheels, swivel front wheels, a footrest, runners, a seat frame with a seat, armrests and a headrest, where the frame the main seat of the chair is telescopically connected to the main handle and the seat handle is ergonomically curved. The chair is characterized by the fact that it is equipped with a speed-regulating controller (17) with a power source (23), wherein the angle of inclination α of the main frame of the chair (16) together with the backrest frame (1) relative to the runners influences the change of the angle of inclination between the chair and the stairs it is adjustable in the range of 16 to 20° and is regulated by the skid lock joint arm (9), where one of its holes houses the skid lock handle (10), and the skid (6) is equipped with a tension adjuster for the toothed belt (7) equipped with a shock-absorbing pad and a belt tensioner (8). The power source (23) is a brushless DC motor with a gear, powered by a lithium-ion battery, which transmits drive via a shaft to the gear pulleys located in the lower part of the running skids (6). The skid lock joint arm (9) has at least three adjustment holes that change the angle of inclination α of the skid lock handle (10) relative to the stairs. Preferably, the toothed belt (7) is equipped with a rubber cover made of natural rubber or polyurethane. The skid (6) is equipped with a handle with a gas spring (11). The backrest frame (1) has a controller (17) mounted in the upper horizontal middle part, preferably powered by a battery (23).
