Abstract
The invention relates to an electromechanical exercising mechanism for the abdominal region, which reactively stimulates said region of the human body and consists of a pedestal with a seat that describes a spherical orbital movement at various speeds and magnitudes of rotation, thereby allowing muscles in determined regions of the human body to be exercised, said muscles being used in exercise routines for body rehabilitation or conditioning.
