환자의 눕는 자리를 마련하는 매트리스가 올려 놓여지는 프레임의 길이 방향 양측으로 머리판과 발판이 구비됨과 아울러 상기 매트리스 상에 환자의 진자리 처리를 위해 방수 시트가 놓이는 환자 침대에서 지체 부자유한 환자를 환자 운반차로 자리 옮김하는 환자 관리 보조 기구로써,
상기 환자 침대와 상기 환자 운반차 사이에 가로 건너 설치되는 적어도 하나 이상의 레일들; 및
상기 방수 시트는 튜브형으로 이루어 위아래에서 개별적으로 공기를 넣었다 뺐다 하는 보조 매트리스 부분과 잭 부분으로 구획 구성함과 아울러 그 방수 시트 바닥에 상기 레일들의 삽입 공간과 이동 안내로 마련을 위해 구비되는 적어도 하나 이상의 수용홈들을 포함하며,
