도 5는 대안적인 삼상결선용 권선유닛의 사시도를 나타낸다.
도 6은 조립된 전기 기계의 고정자부의 설치 및 제거를 위한 장치를 개략적으로 나타낸다.
Claims (15)
- 환형 운반체(14, 15)에 의해 운반되는 자석(17)을 포함한 전기 기계에 있어서,
자기장이 2개의 회전자부 사이의 공기 갭에 걸쳐 발생되고,
권선(19)을 포함한 무철 고정자(12)가 배치되며,
상기 무철 고정자는 냉매 순환용 채널(23, 24)을 포함한 섹션(12)으로 구성되고,
상기 무철 고정자는 상기 무철 고정자의 활성부를 제공하는 환형의 중앙 조밀부(27)를 포함한 권선을 포함하는,
전기 기계. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회전자부는 영구 자석(17)을 운반하는, 전기 기계. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회전자부는 초전도체를 포함한 자석으로 구성된, 전기 기계. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자석(17)은 축방향 필드를 제공하는, 전기 기계. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
각각의 상기 무철 고정자(12)는 상기 권선을 수용하는 주형틀 또는 쉘 하우징(28, 29) 내에 삽입된 주물 재료에 내장되며,
상기 주물 재료는 상기 고정자의 인클로저를 형성하고, 냉매용 채널(23, 24)를 형성하는, 전기 기계. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
각각의 상기 무철 고정자(12)는 냉매의 유입 및 배출을 위한 개별 연결부를 포함한, 전기 기계. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 회전자의 적어도 일 부분이 고정자부을 삽입 및 제거하도록 되어 있는, 전기 기계. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 권선은 활성부 및 권선 단부를 포함한 다수의 동일한 사다리꼴형 코일을 포함하여, 상기 코일이 공통면에서 상기 활성부와 조립될 수 있고, 2개 이상의 면에서 상기 권선 단부와 중첩될 수 있는, 전기 기계. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코일의 적어도 반쪽이 섹션의 각 단부에서 생략된, 전기 기계. - 제9항에 있어서,
생략된 상기 코일의 반쪽의 공극(26a, 26b)이 접선 방향의 냉각 채널(23, 24)에 대해 냉매의 유입부 또는 배출부를 포함하는, 전기 기계. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 자석(17)은 반경 방향으로 돌출된 조(jaws)(16) 상에 배치되며, 상기 자석은 환형 조립체의 접시형 세그먼트에 반경 방향으로 배치된, 전기 기계. - 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전기 기계용 고정자부의 제조 방법에 있어서,
강체 요소를 형성하기 위해 전기 절연 주물 재료 내에 권선(19)을 내장하고,
이등분된 쉘 하우징(28, 29) 또는 이등분된 주형틀 중 일 부분 내에 상기 권선(19)을 배치하며,
상기 쉘 하우징 또는 상기 주형틀을 밀폐하고,
개구를 통해 주물 재료를 주입하면,
상기 쉘 하우징 또는 상기 주형틀의 내측부가 부압 및 어쩌면 진동을 받게 되는,
전기 기계용 고정자부의 제조 방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
고정자 인클로저 상의 외부 홈을 덮음으로써 냉매용 채널이 형성되는, 전기 기계용 고정자부의 제조 방법.
