め込まれて両者の相対回転が阻止されると共に、脚座部
１２から突設された支承筒１３内に前記スリーブ３の下
部が所定間隔を存置して挿入され、それらの間に介装さ
れたコイルばね１４の上端がばね受片１５を介して前記
スリーブ３の高さの中間部に、また同下端がばね受片１
６とスラストベアリング１７を介して前記支承筒１３の
下部に支承され、更に前記揺動杆７にその 、先端の係
