The present invention will be explained below with reference to examples. □ Surface film 1 made of polyvinyl chloride or other non-breathable synthetic resin sheet
A seat body 3 is formed by covering the surface of a cushioning pad material 2 made of polyurethane foam or other material.

The vent hole can be formed so that the diameter of the surface film is smaller than that of the pad material (FIG. 3), which makes it difficult to see the pad material from the outside of the surface film, resulting in a good appearance.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a ventilation path such as a groove provided on the surface of the pad material 2, which opens into the air pores 4, and improves ventilation between the surface film and the pad material and promotes air permeability inside the pad material. I can do it.

Alternatively, a ventilation path 5a such as a vertical hole passing only through the pad material may be provided between the ventilation holes 4, and this can be connected to the ventilation hole 4 via the ventilation path 5 (FIG. 4).

, 'As described above, this proposal provides a ventilation hole that penetrates from the bottom of the seat body to the top surface of the surface coating, and a ventilation path that communicates with the ventilation hole on the contact surface of the padding material such as foam that is in contact with the non-breathable surface coating. Compared to a seat that only has ventilation holes that pass through the seat body in the vertical direction, the air permeability and ventilation inside the pad control can be significantly increased, making it comfortable to sit on without feeling stuffy. By providing a ventilation path, air permeability and ventilation can be improved, so by reducing the number of openings on the surface of the surface coating or unevenly distributing the openings, you can create a good appearance and reduce production costs. It can also be done cheaply.
