要件に最も左右され難いものが風切りエアー方式
である。ところが風切りエアー方式は風切り用羽
根車を高速で回転させて制動力を得るために増速
比が他のものに比べて大きく、増速輪列や風切り
からノイズが出易いという欠点があり、本出願人
は実開昭57−193439号公報で薄型コンパクトで構
成が簡単で組立て易い緩衝装置を提案し、この緩
衝装置には逆転時の過負荷安全装置としてスプリ
ングクラツチを設けたが、スプリングの巻数をあ
る程度以上にしないと、正転時スリツプしてしま
うので、その部分を余り薄く出来ない欠点があ
り、 又スプリングクラツチ部分の部品が多くなり、
更に摩擦板をウオームに固定するため、部組工程
が必要になる欠点があつた。
