Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a sole with excellent antiskid property and wearing feeling without damaging a floor face or turf by integrally providing cylindrical projections on the grounding face of the rubber sole with the preset hardness, and protrusively burying rubber rivets slightly harder than the sole at their centers at nearly the same height as or the slightly lower height than the cylin drical projections. CONSTITUTION:A rubber sole main body 1 is set to the JIS K6301 spring hard ness test A type hardness 65-75, and the grounding stability and antiskid prop erty at the time of wearing are held. Cylindrical projections 11 are distributively arranged on the grounding face of the sole main body 1, rubber rivets 2 with the prophase hardness 85-95 are fitted at their centers to hold the antiskid property of the sole 1, and the reduction of wearing feeling is prevented without damaging a floor face or turf. Rubber rivets 2 are fitted so that their tips 21 are protruded at nearly the same height as or the slightly lower height than the tips 111 of cylindrical projections 11, their base sections 22 are buried in the sole main body 1, and a sole with good gripping property against the ground and excellent antiskid property is obtained by a sucker effect due to the ground ing pressure.

(Conventional technique t#) Conventionally, according to Utility Model Publication No. 46-32432, a cylindrical projection was provided on the ground contact surface of the sole of the shoe, a metal stud was placed in the center of the cylindrical projection, and the tip was attached to the cylindrical projection. An anti-slip sole has been proposed that is attached by protruding slightly lower than the tip and embedding the base in the sole. When walking on such soles, the tips of the spikes pierce the walking surface such as snow or ice, providing good anti-slip properties. When these soles are used on a wet floor or on a golf course, they have the disadvantage that the spikes can seriously damage the floor or grass.

(発明の解決しようとする問題点) この発明は床面や芝を傷つけることがなく。(Problems to be solved by the invention) This invention does not damage floors or grass.

(Means for Solving the Problems) This invention will be explained below with reference to the implementation drawings.
6301 Spring type hardness test Type A hardness is 65~
A cylindrical protrusion 11.11... is provided on the contact surface of the rubber sole body 1 of No. 75 integrally with the rubber sole body 1, and a JIS K6301 spring type hardness is provided at the center of the cylindrical protrusion 11.11... Rubber studs 2 with a hardness of 85 to 95 according to test type A

The gist of the invention is a slip-proof sole that is characterized by being embedded in the shoe sole.

In this invention, JISK6301 of the rubber sole body 1
The reason why the hardness according to the spring type hardness test A type (hereinafter simply referred to as hardness) was limited to 65 to 75 is because if the hardness is lower than that, the compressive deformability of the cylindrical projections 11, 11... will become too large, and it will be difficult to wear. Landing stability during use decreases, and if the hardness is higher than that, the compressive deformability of the cylindrical projections 11, 11... becomes too small, causing the rubber chains 2.2... to protrude from the ground surface during use. Cylindrical protrusion 11.1
1... could not be compressed and deformed, and the rubber chain 2.2...
This is because the grip on the ground is reduced, and the anti-slip properties of the sole are reduced.

In this invention, the cylindrical protrusions 11, 11... may be uniformly distributed throughout the ground contact surface of the sole body 1, and when used in the Wa part, the tread part, the toe part, etc., the landing pressure may be concentrated in a large area.

In this invention, the hardness of the rubber chain 2.2 is 85 to 9.
The reason why we limited it to 5 is that if the hardness is lower than that, the rubber chain 2
.. 2. If the compressive deformability of the material becomes too large, the grip on the ground will be reduced, and the anti-slip property of the sole will be reduced, and if the hardness is higher than that, it will easily damage the ground such as floors and grass. When used on hard surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, tiles, etc., when landing, the upward pressure on the sole of the foot from the ground increases through the rubber chain 2.2..., reducing the feeling of wearing such as walking and running performance. This is because it has the disadvantage of In this invention,
The rubber chains 2.2... may be formed independently, but a plurality of rubber chains 2.2... in the shape of an inverted truncated cone are formed in series via the plate portion 20, This is the holding hole 31.31 formed on the bottom of the mold when molding the sole body.
... by fitting the tips 21, 21... of the studs into the mold 3, introducing the sole body molding material into the mold cavity 30, heating and pressurizing it to form the sole body 1, and attaching the studs to the mold 3. By embedding the plate part 20 in the sole body 1 together with the base parts 21, 21... of the sole body 1, a large number of studs 2, 2... can be set in the mold cavity 30 at the same time. sometimes 2゜2

Moreover, the sole formed in this way has a plate part 2.
Since the plurality of rubber chains 2.2... formed in series through the base portions 22.22... and the plate portion 20 are embedded in the sole body 1, the rubber chains 2.2... The embedded strength of the sole body 1 can be significantly increased, and when in use, the upward pressure from the ground applied to either of the rubber chains 2, 2... is widely distributed to the sole body 1 via the plate part 20. This allows the thrusting pressure on the soles of the feet to be further alleviated.

In this invention, the rubber chains 2.2... may be attached to protrude from all of the cylindrical protrusions 11.11... provided on the ground surface of the sole body 1, but grip performance on the ground is required during use. The cylindrical protrusions 11, 11, . . . may be attached only to the heel, tread, and toe portions.

(Operation and Effect of the Invention) As described above, this invention replaces the metal chain with a rubber chain.
Because of the use of ..., it is lightweight, and the compressive deformability of the rubber itself relieves the pressure on the soles of the feet, making it comfortable to wear when walking and running. Will not damage turf on floors made of artificial turf, golf courses, etc. Furthermore, during use, the cylindrical protrusions 11.11... are compressed by the landing pressure, gripping the ground by their suction cup effect, and the tips 21.21... of the rubber chains 2.2... protruding from the center of the protrusions 11.11... are compressed by the landing pressure. Since the sole is exposed to the ground and pressed against the ground, the sole has good grip on the ground and has excellent anti-slip properties.
