Description
本出願は、2018年11月21日出願の米国仮特許出願第62/770,676号(発明の名称「DETECTION SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MEDICAL DEVICES(医療装置用の検出システム及び方法)」)及び上記の出願から派生する他の任意の米国国際又は国内段階の特許出願の利点を主張する。上記の出願は、完全な形で本明細書に引用することで組み込まれ、本明細書の明白な開示に反する発明の対象が組み込まれないように限定される。
「光受信器」は、生物発光装置から光検出器までの光路に沿って、戻る光を検出するように構造化・構成された光検出装置を指す。
「光検出器」は、その光路内の光の量を感知し、且つ測定可能な装置を指す。
「光結合器」は、流体チャネルと少なくとも1つの光ファイバーとの間で光を結合するように構造化・構成された装置を指す。
「光学フィルタ」は、光を受信して、波長、両極性、強度等の具体的な特性、又は他の選択特性を備えた光のみに、それを通過させる装置を指す。
Claims (5)
- ニードルと、流体コネクタと、液体送達装置と、さらに、光学系と、を具備するバイオマーカー検出システムであって、
前記ニードルは、前記流体コネクタに接続されることにより、液体を前記液体送達装置から前記ニードルの管腔を通って前記ニードルの先端へ送達することができ、
少なくとも一つの流体チャネルが、前記流体コネクタのコネクタ側液体チャネルと前記ニードルの前記先端との間を流体的に連通するように構造化・構成され、
前記ニードルは、該ニードルの先端が標的生体物質に接触するまで進むことができ、
前記光学系は、光受信器と光検出器と光源と光ファイバーと、を含み、
前記光受信器は、その少なくとも一部分まで、光が前記ニードルまたは前記流体コネクタ内で戻ってくることができ、
前記光検出器は、前記光受信器と結合し、
前記光源は、前記ニードルまたは前記流体コネクタの外部に位置し、該光源からの光は前記ニードルの前記管腔の下方まで送達され、
前記光ファイバーは、前記管腔または前記流体チャネル内に配置される
バイオマーカー検出システム。 - 臨床医に、前記標的生体物質が、検出されたことを知らせる、通知システムをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバイオマーカー検出システム。
- 前記光ファイバーは、前記ニードルの前記管腔内に配置され、薬用流体が、前記流体チャネルを通過して、生物学的システムに流れるように収縮可能である、請求項1に記載のバイオマーカー検出システム。
- 前記光学系は、レンズをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバイオマーカー検出システム。
- 前記光検出器は、1つ以上の無線インターフェースを含む回路基板をさらに具備する、請求項1に記載のバイオマーカー検出システム。
