Description

The present invention relates to a treatment pad provided with treatment means capable of imparting a thermal action or the like to a contact portion of a treatment person with a local body part so that the treatment person can be effectively treated.

There is already a treatment pad that can be treated by providing a treatment means that imparts a thermal action etc. to the contact part with the human body local part in the user, for example, the conventional treatment pad, A heat treatment means is provided in a planar body that is formed into a planar shape, and the treatment pad is placed on the floor surface or the like, and the user lies on the floor surface or uses the treatment pad. By covering the treatment pad from the upper surface of the user in a posture that is lying on the chair or sitting on a chair, the back and waist of the human body, the chest and abdomen of the human body, the legs of the human lower limbs, etc. Heat is applied to the appropriate abutting portion so that a thermal effect such as blood circulation promotion can be provided to the user.

In addition, the massage pad that has such a surface-shaped treatment pad is used in combination with a treatment machine equipped with a treatment mechanism such as squeezing, striking, vibrating, and rubbing, so that a synergistic effect of the thermal effect and the treatment effect can be expected. A cover with a heater for a chair is disclosed (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-263034). The cover with a heater for a massage chair is provided with either a roller seat, a fir ball, etc. A massage chair 5 is constructed by massaging, hitting, and stretching the back of the massage body 4 comprising the massage body 4, and the heater 26 is arranged between the seated person of the massage chair and the massage body 4. It is detachably attached to the massage chair.

Therefore, in this conventional cover with a heater for a massage chair, the heater 26 is provided on the seat cover 25. Therefore, the part heated by the heater 26 and the part massaged by the massage mechanism coincide with each other. The massage effect can be improved by increasing the tension and releasing the tension of the muscles, and since there is no heater in the seat, the seat can be made smaller and lighter, repair and maintenance can be facilitated, and cost can be reduced. ing.

In addition, since the cover with the heater for the massage chair is provided with the sheet heater 26 on the seat cover 25, the seat cover 25 is not completely fixed to the seat, and the heater 26 is not fixed by the massage body 4 and the seated person. The part (position) to be sandwiched is changed slightly to prevent stress from concentrating on some of the heating elements 31 to prevent disconnection, improve durability, and improve the durability between the seated person and the massage body 4 The arrangement of the heater 26 in between is also realized.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-263034 (page 11, FIG. 4)

By the way, in the former treatment pad formed with the above-mentioned planar body, since the local part that can be covered with the treatment pad is specified, treatment is performed from the upper surface of the user in a supine posture or a seated posture on a chair. When it is used with the pad for covering, it can bring a thermal effect to the chest and abdomen of the human body, but it can cover the shoulder part because the treatment pad does not reach the upper surface of the shoulder. However, there is a problem that it is difficult to provide a thermal effect to the site.

In addition, in the latter cover with a heater for a massage chair, the upper side is a long type that surrounds the back seat 2 to the seat 3 and the footrest 21 so that the former problem can be solved. However, when the seat cover 25 is attached to the massage chair 1, a locking member (fastener) 27 provided at a predetermined position of the dorsal seat 2 on the seat cover 25 is used. Since it is configured to be detachable by the engaging member 28 to be engaged, it is possible to warm the back side of the user who is drowning on the dorsal seat 2, but to warm the surface side of the human chest, abdomen, etc. Is used after the engagement of the locking member 28 is released and the seat cover 25 is removed from the massage chair 1 and moved to the human body surface side, so that when the user warms the back side, Will be cool down the temperature of the rear side while moving on the surface to remove the cover 25, there is a problem that can not be performed efficiently heating effect on both the back side and surface side.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and when used alone, it can give a treatment action such as heat up to the vicinity of the upper surface of the shoulder, and when used in combination with a treatment machine Another object of the present invention is to provide a treatment pad that can provide a treatment effect on both the front side and the back side of the human body in a state where it is attached.

That is, the treatment pad of the present invention is used by being attached to the back support portion of a chair-type treatment machine that includes a back support portion provided with a treatment mechanism and includes a pair of left and right treatment elements that move up and down inside the back support portion. A treatment pad which is a planar body provided with thermal treatment means in a proper position for bringing a thermal effect on a contact portion with a human body local part in a treatment person , and a head for inserting a human head An insertion portion is provided , and the space width of the head insertion portion is formed to be equal to or larger than the treatment operation width of the pair of left and right treatment elements .

Further, the treatment pad of the present invention is an inverted U-shaped surface in which vertically long and long surface portions are arranged side by side with a space in the center and connected at the upper end portion, and the lower part is separated to the left and right. In addition to the shape, the space is the head insertion portion.

In addition, the treatment pad of the present invention is configured by providing a detachable connecting portion that detachably connects the lower end portions of the left and right vertically long surface portions in the width direction.

Moreover, the treatment pad of the present invention has a configuration in which a thermal treatment means is provided in the desorption connection portion.

Moreover, the treatment pad of the present invention is configured such that the detachable connecting portion can be developed in the length direction from the lower end portion of the vertically long surface portion.

In addition, the treatment pad of the present invention uses the treatment pad having the above-described configuration as the first pad portion, and is provided with thermal treatment means that is coupled to the upper portion of the first pad portion on the back side of the first pad portion. A second pad portion is provided and configured.

Moreover, the treatment pad of the present invention is configured such that a third pad portion provided with thermal treatment means is provided at the lower end portion of the second pad portion so as to be deployable.

In addition, the treatment pad of the present invention is configured by providing, together with the thermal treatment means, inflating and / or inflating bags that are inflated and / or inflated by an oscillating means and / or an air supply / exhaust device in an appropriate position.

Further, the treatment pad of the present invention is engaged by a detachable engagement portion above the back support portion of the treatment device having a back support portion provided with a treatment mechanism that provides a treatment effect on the back of the human body. It is configured so that it can be used.

Further, the planar body of the treatment pad of the present invention is connected at the upper end portion, and a pair of vertically long longitudinal surface portions are respectively arranged in parallel on the lower left and right sides of the back pad portion of the treatment machine. In the lower part, the left and right lower end portions of each vertically long surface portion are configured to be used by being locked by a detachable locking portion.

Moreover, the treatment pad of the present invention is configured to be housed in a form collected in a housing portion provided above the backrest portion of the treatment machine.

Therefore, the treatment pad of the present invention is a planar body provided with a thermal treatment means for providing a thermal action at an appropriate place, and is provided with a head insertion portion for inserting the human head, so that the user can If you use it with the back side in contact with the head to improve blood circulation, or if the head is inserted through the head insertion part, cover the top side of the shoulder with the front side of the human body such as the chest and abdomen. Can produce a thermal effect.

Further, the treatment pad of the present invention is an inverted U-shaped surface in which vertically long and long surface portions are arranged side by side with a space in the center and connected at the upper end portion, and the lower part is separated to the left and right. Since the space is configured as the head insertion portion, when moving from the state of contact with the back side of the human body to the front side, the left and right vertically long surface portions are individually separated from the left and right outer sides of the human body. Since it can be moved to, it becomes easy to use.

In addition, since the treatment pad of the present invention is configured by providing a detachable connecting portion that detachably connects each of the left and right vertically long surface portions in the width direction, particularly on the front side of the human body. In the case of the contact state, the portions separated from each other in the left and right vertically long surface portions are unexpectedly shifted to the left and right outer sides of the human body, so that the thermal effect on the desired part on the front side of the human body is not impaired. Can be made.

Moreover, since the treatment pad according to the present invention has a structure in which the desorption connection portion is provided with a thermal treatment means, the heat treatment effect can also be provided to a human body part with which the desorption connection portion abuts.

Further, the treatment pad of the present invention is configured such that the desorption connecting portion can be developed in the length direction from the lower end portion of the vertically long surface portion. For example, when contacting the back side of the human body with an area that provides a thermal effect in the length direction, for example, the back side of the human body leg, or the human body when inserting the head of the human body through the head insertion part and contacting the front side of the human body A thermal effect can also be brought to the leg front side.

In addition, the treatment pad of the present invention uses the treatment pad having the above-described configuration as the first pad portion, and is provided with thermal treatment means that is coupled to the upper portion of the first pad portion on the back side of the first pad portion. Since the second pad portion is provided and configured, the front side as well as the back side of the human body can be provided with a thermal effect at the same time.

In addition, since the treatment pad of the present invention is configured such that the third pad portion provided with the thermal treatment means can be deployed at the lower end portion of the second pad portion, the third pad portion can be deployed. Expands the area that provides the thermal effect in the length direction of the human body, for example, also provides the thermal effect to the back side of the lower leg leg, and further includes the thermal treatment means and expands from the lower end of the vertically long surface portion If a possible detachable connecting part is provided, a thermal effect can be brought about simultaneously on the leg front side as well as the leg back side.

In addition, the treatment pad of the present invention is constituted by providing the thermal treatment means together with the expansion and contraction bags that are expanded and contracted by the vibration means and / or the air supply / discharge device in parallel or / and overlapped at appropriate positions. It is possible to bring about a synergistic effect between the thermal effect by the thermal treatment means and the treatment effect by the vibration means and the expansion and contraction bag.

Further, the treatment pad of the present invention is engaged by a detachable engagement portion above the back support portion of the treatment device having a back support portion provided with a treatment mechanism that provides a treatment effect on the back of the human body. Since it is configured so that it can be used, when the treatment pad is used in combination with the treatment device, it can be attached to the backrest portion by being attached to the engagement portion.

In addition, the treatment pad of the present invention is configured so that it can be used by being locked by a detachable locking portion below the backrest portion of the treatment machine. When using together with a treatment machine, even if it uses it, operating the said treatment mechanism of a back support part, the position shift in a back support part can be prevented.

Moreover, since the treatment pad of the present invention is configured to be housed in a form collected in a housing part provided above the backrest part of the treatment machine, the treatment pad is used in combination with the treatment machine. Even when the treatment pad is temporarily unnecessary, it is not necessary to remove it from the engaging portion.

Hereinafter, the treatment pad of the present invention will be described in detail based on an embodiment shown in the drawings.

FIG. 22 is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing one embodiment of the thermal treatment means, the vibration means and the expansion / contraction bag of the treatment pad of the present invention, and FIG. 23 is one used in combination with the treatment device of the treatment pad of the present invention. FIG. 24, FIG. 25, and FIG. 27 are perspective views showing an embodiment in combination with a treatment device for a treatment pad of the present invention, and FIG. 26 is a view for treatment according to the present invention. FIG. 28 is a side explanatory view showing one embodiment of the treatment pad accommodated in the treatment device of the present invention, and FIG. 29 is a reference showing the prior art. FIG.

That is, the treatment pad 1a of the present invention is a planar body as shown in the embodiment of FIG. 1, and is provided with a head insertion portion 11a for inserting the human head at the center thereof, The thermal treatment means 4a that provides the thermal treatment action to the contact portion with the human body local part is provided in a suitable place (entire area in the figure).

That is, the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a each having a vertically long belt shape are arranged side by side with a space in the center, and are connected at the upper end portion, and the lower portion thereof is formed in an inverted U shape so as to be separated into the left and right. The space is configured to be the head insertion portion 11a.

The space width of the head insertion portion 11a may be appropriately expanded or narrowed according to the purpose of use, or may be a slit shape with substantially no space width. In FIG. 1, the space width of the head insertion portion 11 a is assumed to be usable together with a chair-type treatment device (not shown) having a pair of left and right treatment elements that raise and lower the treatment pad 1 a inside the backrest portion. By forming the treatment operation width to be equal to or larger than the treatment operation width of the pair of left and right treatment elements, the treatment element during the treatment operation is prevented from coming into contact with the treatment pad 1a as much as possible. Prevents wear and deterioration.

As the material of the treatment pad 1a, a flexible material that can easily follow the curved surface of the human body is suitable. If necessary, an elastic member (not shown) having cushioning properties can be provided inside.

As the thermal treatment means 4a, an existing planar heater or linear heater provided with a heating element (not shown) that generates resistance by electricity that is transmitted can be adopted. Not limited to this. In the drawing, a linear heater is shown.

Since this treatment pad 1a has flexibility, it is suitable for every user's posture, usage environment, etc., so it is not possible to take up all the usage patterns. The usage pattern will be shown in combination with a chair used in a seated position.

In FIG. 12, the treatment pad 1a is placed along the back support part of the chair C, and the back side of the user who has fallen into the sitting back support part comes into contact with the back and waist by the thermal treatment means 4a. The form which makes it warm is shown.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 13, if each of the left and right vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a is individually moved so as to be on the front side of the human body, the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a have chests and stomachs. At the same time, since the vicinity of the upper surface of the shoulder can be covered, the thermal treatment means 4a can reach the vicinity of the upper surface of the shoulder, which has been difficult to heat in the past, and can provide a thermal effect. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 14, if only the portion connected by the upper end portions of the vertically long surface portions 12 a and 12 a is turned over and sandwiched between the backrest portion of the chair C and the back side of the human body, Wrapping around the upper surface of the canopy in the front-rear direction, it can be warmed by expanding the thermal range in the shoulder.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the treatment pad 1a is configured by providing a detachable connecting portion 13a that detachably connects the lower ends of the left and right vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a in the width direction. Yes.

That is, the belt portion 131a is formed to extend inward in the width direction at the lower left end portion of the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a, and the back surface of the belt portion 131a and the right lower end portion of the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a are provided. Are provided with engaging portions 14a and 14a that are detachable from each other. With this configuration, for example, when the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a are in contact with the front side of the human body, the left and right vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a are unexpectedly displaced to the left and right outside of the human body. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the heat effect on the desired part on the front side of the human body from being impaired.

In addition, the belt portion 131a may be made of a material other than the vertically long surface portion 12a. For example, a material having higher elasticity than the material of the vertically long planar portion 12a can be employed. Alternatively, the belt portion 131a may be detachable from the vertically long surface portion 12a.

The engaging portions 14a and 14a of the belt portion 131a can employ a hook-and-loop fastener or a hook metal fitting that is detachable and easy to use. Although not shown, the position of the belt 131a may be adjustable stepwise in the width direction.

Furthermore, if the treatment pad 1a is configured to include the thermal treatment means 4a as described above also in the desorption connection portion 13a, the heat treatment effect can be exerted on the human body part with which the desorption connection portion 13a abuts. Can do.

For example, as shown in FIG. 3, if the size of the attachment / detachment connecting portion 13a is expanded in the length direction of the treatment pad 1a, the space of the head insertion portion 11a is covered and a human body part located in the space is covered. However, the thermal effect by the said thermal treatment means 4a can be brought about.

FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 show a configuration in which the above-described detachable connecting portion 13a can be further developed in the length direction from the lower end portion of the vertically long planar portion 12a. That is, the detachable connecting portion 13a is formed to extend at the lower left end portions of the left and right vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a so as to be able to bend and expand in the length direction.

Further, in the state shown in FIG. 4 where the detachable connecting portion 13a and the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a are overlapped, the aforementioned engaging portion 14a is located on the upper left side, the upper right side, and the lower right side of the detachable connecting portion 13a. Each of the engaging portions 14a is provided at each position of the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a facing each other.

Therefore, if all the engaging portions 14a and 14a are separated from each other, the detachable connecting portion 13a can be developed forward from the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a as shown in FIG.

Further, as shown in FIG. 15, the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a are brought into contact with the back support portion of the chair C, and the detachable connecting portion 13a is developed forward from the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a, If the user is seated from above with the detachable connecting portion 13a in contact with the seat portion of the chair C, the thermal effect by the thermal treatment means 4a is not only on the back side of the human body but also on the back side of the human leg portion. Can bring.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 16, in the state where the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a are positioned on the front side of the user seated on the chair C, the detachable connecting portion 13a is moved forward from the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a. If it is unfolded and used in contact with the front side of the human body leg, a thermal effect on the front side of the human body leg can be brought about.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, the present invention uses the above-described treatment pad 1a as the first pad portion 10a, and on the back side of the first pad portion 10a, the thermal treatment is combined at the upper portion of the first pad portion 10a. A second pad portion 20a is provided in which the means 4a is provided at appropriate positions (the entire area in the figure).

The second pad portion 20a is provided with a space portion 201a formed to have the same space width as the head insertion portion 11a. As described above, the space portion 201a can be used in combination with a chair-type treatment device (not shown) including a pair of left and right treatment elements, so that the space width of the space portion 201a is treated by a pair of left and right treatment elements. By forming it to be as large as or larger than the width, it prevents the treatment element during the treatment operation from coming into contact with the first pad portion 10a and the second pad portion 20a as much as possible, thereby preventing wear and deterioration. is doing. In addition, when not using together with such a treatment machine, since this space part 201a is not required, it is not necessary to provide.

As shown in FIG. 17, the first pad portion 10 a and the second pad portion 20 a that are superposed on the backrest portion of the chair C are arranged so that the back side of the seated user is placed. When only the first pad portion 10a as shown in FIG. 18 is positioned on the front side of the human body, the front side can be brought together with the back side of the human body at the same time.

7 and 8 show a configuration in which the third pad portion 30a provided with the thermal treatment means 4a is provided at the lower end portion of the second pad portion 20a so as to be deployable. That is, the third pad portion 30a is formed to extend at the lower end portion of the second pad portion 20a so that it can be refracted and developed in the length direction.

For example, as shown in FIG. 21, the third pad portion 30 a is seated on the chair C by being deployed forward from the second pad portion 20 a so as to contact the seat portion of the chair C as necessary. A thermal effect can be brought about on the back side of the user's legs.

Although not shown in the figure, when the deployable detachable connecting portion 13a provided with the thermal treatment means 4a as described above is provided in the first pad portion 10a, the detachable connecting portion 13a is deployed forward. If it is used together with the third pad part 30a developed forward from the second pad part 20a, the front side and the back side of the human body, and the front side and the back side of the leg part of the human body can be provided with a thermal effect at the same time. .

The third pad portion 30a may be attached to the lower end portion of the second pad portion 20a so as to be detachable and / or extendable.

So far, in the treatment pad 1a of the present invention, the structure provided with the thermal treatment means 4a has been illustrated. However, as shown in FIG. 22, the vibration treatment means for providing a vibration treatment action together with the thermal treatment means 4a. 5a or the expansion and contraction bag 6a that expands and contracts by supplying and exhausting compressed air in an air supply / discharge device (not shown), the thermal effect by the thermal treatment means 4a, the vibration means 5a and the expansion and contraction bag A synergistic effect with the treatment effect by 6a can be brought about.

As for the interaction between the thermal treatment means 4a and the vibration means 5a, it is possible to bring about a rubbing action by vibration while heating the contact portion with the human body local part in the treatment person, thereby promoting blood circulation in a short time. As for the interaction between the thermal treatment means 4a and the expansion / contraction bag 6a, the pressure treatment is performed while increasing or decreasing the thermal effect on the contacted part by the pressing action of the expansion / contraction bag 6a. I can do it.

FIG. 22 shows a configuration in which the heating means 4a, the vibrating means 5a, and the inflatable bag 6a are overlapped with each other, but in addition, the treatment pad 1a is brought into contact with the human body local part. A combination of the heating means 4a and the vibrating means 5a or the combination of the heating means 4a and the expansion / contraction bag 6a may be adopted as appropriate, or they may be arranged in parallel.

Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the first pad portion 10a may be provided with the heating means 4a and the vibration means 5a, and the second pad portion 20a may be provided with only the inflatable bag 6a. In this case, if the first pad portion 10a and the second pad portion 20a are used on the back side of the user in a superposed state, the heating means 4a and the vibrating means 5a as shown in FIG. Since the inflatable bag 6a overlaps with each other, the thermal effect, the vibration treatment effect, and the pressure treatment effect are brought about. If only the first pad portion 10a is positioned on the front side of the user, the use For the person's front side contact part, the thermal effect and the vibration treatment effect by the thermal means 4a and the vibration means 5a are brought about, and for the user's back side, the pressure treatment effect by the inflatable bag 6a is brought. In these heat and treatment effects, the form of the treatment pad 1a can be changed and used properly according to the user's desire.

Further, FIG. 10 shows that the third pad portion 30a provided with the heating means 4a and the vibration means 5a is provided, and the third pad portion 30a extends forward from the second pad portion 20a. The state shown in FIG. 11 and the state shown in FIG. 11 in which the third pad portion 30a is overlapped with the second pad portion 20a have different thermal effects and treatment effects. I can do things.

If the vibration means 5a is provided at the lower end of each of the left and right vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a, for example, as shown in FIG. 19, the vibration means 5a is located at a desired human body part such as a human arm. There is an advantage that a thermal treatment effect can be imparted by freely moving the lower end portion as appropriate.

Further, as shown in FIG. 20, the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a are positioned on the surface of the human body, and only the portion connected by the upper ends of the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a is turned over so that the back portion of the chair C is turned over. If the vibration means 5a is provided at a position in the vicinity of the left and right human shoulders in the longitudinally long surface portions 12a and 12a, the thermal means 4a is applied to the shoulder. The vibration treatment effect is brought together with the thermal effect, and the user pulls the lower end portion of the vertically long surface portion 12a downward as shown in the figure, thereby strengthening the treatment effect provided by the vibration means 5a and the heat action provided by the heat means 4a. Can do. In addition, although not shown in figure, the said expansion / contraction bag 6a may be used together suitably.

FIG. 23 and FIG. 24 show a state where the treatment pad 1a of the present invention is used in combination with the treatment device 1b. The treatment device 1b can be lifted and lowered inside the backrest portion 2b, and it is squeezed / tapped / A treatment mechanism 24b having a pair of left and right treatment elements 8b that enables various treatments such as vibration and rolling is provided. Moreover, in the seat part 4b and the footrest part 5b of the treatment device 1b, a plurality of inflatable and inflatable bags 7b that are inflated and inflated by supplying and exhausting compressed air in the air supply / discharge device 6b are provided.

Further, a treatment pad 1a is attached above the backrest portion 2b with which the back of the human body of the treatment device 1b abuts. That is, as shown in FIG. 26, an engaging portion 21b for removably attaching the treatment pad 1a is provided above the backrest portion 2b.

The engaging portion 21b can employ a hook-and-loop fastener or a hook metal fitting that is detachable and easy to use. With this configuration, the treatment pad 1a can be removed when unnecessary.

Also, the engaging portion 21b is provided above the treatment pad 1a, and a pillow portion 3b with which the human head comes into contact is detachably provided.

The engaging portion 21b may be configured so that the mounting position of the treatment pad 1a and the pillow portion 3b can be freely changed, and accordingly, the position is appropriately adjusted according to the body shape of the user. I can do things.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 25, the pillow portion 3b may be integrated with the treatment pad 1a.

Further, FIG. 27 shows a configuration in which a locking portion 22b for detachably locking with the backrest portion 2b is provided below the treatment pad 1a. That is, the locking portion 22b is composed of an annular hook 221b and a convex button 222b that project from the left and right lower ends of the vertically long surface portions 12a and 12a of the treatment pad 1a. The treatment pad 1a is detachably locked to the backrest 2b by hooking the 221b detachably.

Thereby, even if the treatment mechanism such as the treatment element 8b is operated and used, the treatment pad 1a can be prevented from being displaced from the backrest portion 2b.

FIG. 28 shows a configuration in which the treatment pad 1a is stored in a storage portion 23b provided above the backrest portion 2b.
