(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 座席後部の押し杆を兼ねた背凭れ枠と、
車輪と一体的に回動する前後の車軸とを玩具本体に具備
し、前記玩具本体下面の後端側に傾斜ストッパーを設け
ると共に、後側の車軸の中途部は該傾斜ストッパーを貫
通して回動自在に軸支し、且つ該後側の車軸の外周面に
摺接して該車軸の回転抵抗を調整する制動機構を前記傾
斜ストッパーに設けてなり、 前記制動機構は、車軸の外周面に対して接近離間する係
合部材と、玩具本体に回動自在に軸支されて該係合部材
の接近離間を回転操作する摘み部材とを備えて、前記傾
斜ストッパーを介して玩具本体に取り付けられ、 前記係合部材は、車軸の外周面に内面先端側又は内面後
端側を摺接可能な係合枠を形成すると共に、該係合枠の
後端に、車軸と軸心を略直交させた螺合部を形成してな
り、 前記摘み部材は、前記螺合部に螺合する被螺合部を形成
すると共に、該被螺合部の後端に、該被螺合部と一体に
回転すべく摘み部を形成してなり、 さらに前記係合枠の内面先端側又は内面後端側は、後側
の車軸の外周面の片半部に二点で当接すべく縦断面ハの
