Description
The present invention relates to a care product used for transfer of a care recipient.
In the field of care, a person requiring care often becomes bedridden due to various diseases such as disability (hemiplegia, increased muscle tone, contracture), muscle weakness due to disuse.
In order to prevent this, it is necessary to live as far away from the bed as possible.
However, when a caregiver transfers a care recipient to a wheelchair, chair, toilet, etc., both the caregiver and the care recipient require a heavy burden on the body.
In the case of transfer from a wheelchair to a bed, for example, the conventional transfer work is performed as follows.
<1> A caregiver leans over to a care recipient who is sitting in a wheelchair.
<2> A caregiver holds both hands with his arms folded around his / her waist. The care recipient places both arms on the back of the caregiver. At this time, the caregiver and the care recipient need to bring the body as close as possible.
In this case, the care recipient's trousers may be grabbed in order to prevent the assembled hand from coming off or the care recipient's body from coming off the arm.
<3> The caregiver draws the care recipient in his / her direction while sitting in the wheelchair.
<4> The caregiver uses the waist and knees to cause the care recipient to stand up.
<5> The caregiver turns the body while supporting the care recipient and changes the body direction toward the bed.
<6> Caregiver slowly lowers to bed while holding caregiver.
The following conventional techniques exist for transferring care recipients.
In patent document 1, the trousers with a holding part, etc. for reducing the work burden of a caregiver are disclosed.
Patent Document 2 also discloses a belt-type assisting device that is wrapped around the waist of a person requiring assistance for reducing the work burden of a caregiver.
The conventional transfer work has the following problems.
<1> Caregivers tend to stretch their bodies when transferring. Therefore, when trying to cause it as it is, the distance between the care recipient and the caregiver is large and the center of gravity movement distance becomes long, so that the physical burden on the caregiver is large, and particularly low back pain is likely to occur.
<2> When transferring a care recipient who cannot step on his / her foot, the caregiver must hold the care recipient after the care recipient is raised.
In this case, the physical burden on both the caregiver and the care recipient is large.
There is also a risk that the care recipient may fall out of balance.
<3> When the back of the care recipient is bent or the physique of the care recipient is small, the caregiver must bend down to a low position to cause the care recipient.
This places a heavy burden on the knees as well as the caregiver's waist.
<4> When holding a care recipient, if the pants of the care recipient are grabbed, the pants may be broken or stretched by the weight of the care recipient.
<5> Because it is a toilet, if you try to transfer after lowering the pants of the care recipient in bed, there is no place to grab and it is difficult to lift.
Therefore, when trying to lower the pants after standing up, one caregiver is not enough, and two people are required to work.
In this case, there is a risk that the care recipient who has lost his / her balance will fall during the work of lowering his pants.
<6> Care lifts have been developed for transporting care recipients, but they are expensive and are an economic burden for caregivers.
Summarizing these problems related to transfer work, the following points can be summarized.
<1> The physical burden on the caregiver is large.
<2> The physical burden on the care recipient is large.
<3> There is a risk of a caregiver falling.
<4> Transfer work is not efficient.
<5> Auxiliary means for transfer work is expensive.
However, these problems are not sufficiently solved even by the above-described prior art.
For example, when using the trousers of the trousers with the gripping part of Patent Document 1, the trousers of the care recipient must be changed to the trousers with the gripping part every time the transfer is performed.
However, it takes a lot of time and labor to change trousers while sleeping in a bed or sitting in a wheelchair, which is a great burden for both caregivers and care recipients. Including toilet movement, meals, and exercise, the number of transfers per day is more than a dozen. For this reason, the technique of changing trousers every time a transfer is not effective.
In addition, the belt-type assisting device of Patent Document 2 that is wrapped around the waist of a person who needs care supports the weight of the care recipient through a belt that is wrapped around the waist of the care recipient.
In this method, since the caregiver does not support the buttocks of the care recipient who is the center of gravity, the support of the care recipient's body is not stable, and the physical burden on the caregiver is hardly reduced.
Furthermore, since the belt is pulled upward only by the belt wound around the waist, the belt bites into the body, which is painful for the care recipient.
The nursing care product for transfer according to the present invention that solves the above-mentioned problems is a nursing care product that wraps the entire buttocks against the waist of the care recipient and allows the caregiver to grasp it and perform the transfer work safely. is there.
A nursing care product for transfer according to the present invention comprises a holding portion that wraps the entire buttocks of a care recipient and at least two leg restraining bands that restrain the thigh of the care recipient, The holding part extends from the lower side of the holding part, and the holding part has an insertion hole for inserting the leg restraining band and a grip part that a caregiver holds when transferring.
Since the nursing care article for transfer according to the present invention has the above-described structure, it has at least one of the following effects.
<1> Since the heel portion is uniformly wrapped by the wrapping portion and the caregiver has a support portion, the center of gravity of the care recipient can be stably moved. Therefore, the burden on the caregiver's waist and knees is small.
<2> The pressure applied to the body of the care recipient is dispersed by uniformly wrapping the buttocks with the holding portion. In addition, the use of a highly cushioning material has an effect of preventing trauma to the skin of the care recipient. Therefore, the burden on the body of the care recipient is small.
<3> The support of the care recipient is stable and there is no need to change trousers, so there is little risk of an accident such as a fall of the care recipient.
<4> For a care recipient who cannot take a sitting position alone, it can be easily attached and detached even from a position lying in bed. Therefore, the transfer operation can be performed in a short time with little labor.
<5> Since the construction is simple and inexpensive materials can be selected, the manufacturing cost is low. Therefore, it can be easily used not only in hospitals and nursing homes but also at home.
<6> By processing and manufacturing jeans etc., waste can be reused, contributing to the effective use of resources.
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a transfer nursing article of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[Configuration of the present invention]
<1> Whole The nursing care product for transfer according to the present invention includes a holding portion and a leg restraining band. The holding part further has an insertion hole and a grip part. (Fig. 1A, Fig. 1B)
It is desirable that the material is strong, hard to tear, and has low elasticity. Specifically, it is appropriately selected from a woven or non-woven fabric made of natural fibers or synthetic fibers, a synthetic resin sheet, or the like.
Moreover, denim jeans or the like (excluding stretch material) can be used as the material. Jeans are easy to obtain, and reuse of worn jeans can contribute to effective use of resources.
<2> Holding part The holding part 1 is a substantially square-shaped cloth-like body which wraps the whole collar part.
The leg restraining band 2 is extended from the lower side of the holding part 1 downward.
In addition, insertion holes 11 for inserting the leg restraining band 2 are provided in the vicinity of the left and right ends of the holding part 1.
Furthermore, it has the holding part 12 for a caregiver to hold | grip at the time of a transfer in the vicinity of the inner side of the insertion hole 11 on either side of the upper end part of the holding part 1.
The material of the holding part 1 employs a material that is strong, difficult to tear, and has low elasticity.
By using a slippery nylon material or the like as the material of the holding portion 1, there is an effect of improving the ease of attachment and detachment in addition to the durability.
Moreover, using a highly cushioning material or stuffing for the material of the holding part 1 has the effect of reducing the impact at the time of transfer and preventing trauma to the skin of the care recipient.
Furthermore, fasteners 13 such as hooks and buttons can be provided at the left and right ends of the holding portion 1. (Figure 2)
Thereby, the position shift of the holding part 1 can be prevented when mounting the nursing care article for transfer.
In addition, by providing a plurality of fasteners 13 in the width direction of the holding portion 1, the locking position of the fasteners can be adjusted according to the size of the body of the care recipient, and for the transfer of the same standard The care products can be used for a plurality of care recipients having different physiques.
<3> Leg restraint band The leg restraint band 2 is a belt-like body extending from the lower side of the holding part 1. The number of leg restraint bands is two, for example.
By integrally forming the leg restraining band 2 with the holding portion 1, the strength of the extended portion can be increased.
The caregiver grasps the distal end portion of the leg restraining band 2 when the care recipient is transferred after passing through the insertion hole 11.
The material of the leg restraint band 2 is a material that is strong, resistant to tearing, and has low elasticity.
<4> Insertion Hole The insertion hole 11 is a hole for inserting the leg restraining band 2 and is provided in the vicinity of the left and right ends of the holding part 1.
The insertion hole 11 has a long hole shape that matches the shape of the leg restraining band 2, for example.
The weight of the care recipient is applied to the insertion hole 11 through the leg restraining band 2. Therefore, the peripheral part of the insertion hole 11 can be reinforced by putting a reinforcing seam or applying a reinforcing material.
<5> Gripping part The grasping part 12 is a part that the caregiver grasps when transferring the care recipient, and is provided near the upper side of the holding part 1 and inside the left and right insertion holes 11.
The gripping part 12 is a rectangular belt-like body sewn near the upper side of the holding part 1, for example.
When the nursing care article for transfer according to the present invention is manufactured by processing jeans or the like, a belt thread such as jeans can be used as the grip portion 12.
[Usage of the invention]
The use form of the present invention will be described by taking transfer from a wheelchair to a bed as an example.
<1> Placement of nursing care equipment for transfer The bedside armrest of the wheelchair is removed in advance because it interferes with the transfer.
The caregiver stands in front of the care recipient on the wheelchair.
The care recipient bends forward and creates a space between the back of the wheelchair and the back of the care recipient.
The caregiver places the nursing care product of the present invention on the back of the care recipient.
At this time, the upper end of the holding unit 1 is directed upward on the back, and the lower end of the holding unit 1 is aligned with the seat of the wheelchair. The leg restraint band 2 is hung from side to side of the body of the care recipient.
At this time, the upper end of the holding portion 1 is in contact with the waist of the care recipient, and the lower end is in contact with the upper end of the buttocks of the care recipient. (FIG. 3A)
<2> Placing the holding portion The caregiver holds one middle part of the leg restraint band 2 hung by the side of the care recipient's body with one hand and presses the knee of the care recipient with the other hand.
While holding the knee of the care recipient, the leg restraint band 2 is pulled forward, and the holding part 1 and part of the leg restraint band 2 are dragged under the buttocks of the care recipient and laid. Similarly, the other leg restraining band 2 is pulled, and the holding part 1 and the leg restraining band 2 are laid under the buttocks.
As a result, the entire buttocks of the care recipient gets on the central portion of the holding portion 1. (Fig. 3B)
